You see guys what i'm talking about? How can you seduce a human if you are not similar to them in appearance? I mean vampires and werewolves do the same, they take on a beautiful, desirable, seductive form to lure their victims. The same goes for the elven race except they don't abuse their beauty like bad humans do to gain things they desire! Well not always......

I'am so going to read this book! They got the idea right

I don't really understand why everyone thinks ALL elves must look wonderful. There are always going to be more attractive persons among all peoples, and that level of attractiveness will vary among onlookers. Even if you go by the standard elf lore of elves being perceived as beautiful by humans (as Zevran references), that doesn't take into account yourself (the PC) being of another race.


I agree 100% with your clown makeup comment though. Some of those choices, on elves and humans are just... no.

I didn't mean exactly the same, I meant the same quality. The hours of work that went into Merrill, Fenris, and Orsino are obviously considerably more than some of the other elves. Hours of work.... I can say many things about Dragon Age 2, but hard working is not one of those words...

Don't think about what they are doing just focus on her face. That was the first image that popped when I googled Witcher2 Elf. Iorveth has more character as befits his role in the game, but even though she's a generic elf the quality is similiar.

I know that and I understand why minor characters get less time than the bigger ones. My phrasing was bad and I certanily don't think that all elves must look wonderful.

I just hope they get a little more time the next time around. Given the rushed nature of DA2 I have high hopes for some fine-tuning for DA3. .

Anyway has BioWare said anything recent about Dragon Age 3? I'm tired of waiting.... This is how I felt when Skyrim was yet to be released .

Oh no! Now i'm depressed, I think i'll go to Currys and see if I can find a pc version of Skyrim and mod it. That or i'll read Wizards of Earthsea, then play Skyrim on my console and try to make the best high elf I can... (sigh)
