Bioware pls explain why my upload data for dao origins does not update my player profile on your site your faq is useless it is not helping me after i tried a million times!

 And frankly all the glitches are really starting to give me the damn irrates, Bioware.

After i posted a seperate topic regarding the fact that i followed the loose guides to upload custom image to my profile, i had problems that i identified as the core problem i made sure i was logged in to dragon age origins and that after i updated my saves, png files, changed security permissions, saved image as read only...i had a new problem the BLOODY damn dragon age profile after i tried to upload it... did NOT update after 6 plus hours i did EVERYTHING right i want to hear from a moderator/ or tech support officer cos normal users are getting confused there is working why is mine not bioware! answer my question pls and FIX UP my dao origins player profile updater your faq is of NO HELP AT ALL. And i wish it was but reality has caught up with fantasy and i sorry to say but your system is not allowing me to re-synch my player profile AFTER I deregistered and then reregistered daoorigns.

I could not resynced my profile, it was stuck in sync mode.  the embarassing thing honestly from this website point of view of how things are managed is that glitches last for YEARS and of all the forums and all the tips and tricks others have beemn supportive have given me It has NOT fixed what clearly are internal problems regarding your site here. pls respond to this pm me if need be,. If any other fans have had similar problems as a precursor to being able to generate their custom avatar not being able to UPDATE their da origins PLAYER PROFILE make it be heard to bioware how frustrated you are with this. By posting here. and remember those who struggle because Biowares site does not update even after a million hrs wiating and retrying and registering and tinkering with my custom image files, that the fact the link is broken between daorigins game AND that it cannot register and update my player profile information for daoorigins is proof this is a site related problem and it out of my hands. 

I a furious krogan atm arrrrrrrghh! bioware!

that a nonsense bioware have to be responsible for how this site is managed otherwise who is?

It's not anyone who will respond to your complaint. There is no Bioware support, no Bioware complaint department, no Bioware crying towel supply section. None of that exists. Only EA's Help exists, even though these days the direct link's name says that it's Bioware Game Support.
