<_http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/12339811/1. Any how i have maxed out all my characters experience levels as they are all level 20 and i have maxed out customizing their looks. Yet when i go to the store in the multiplayer the game insist on giving me a tun of experience for customizing when i don't need it. I decided to try and play the game constantly for over a week to see if it would stop but nope, it still packs on the unwanted stuff. I basically purchase the spectre pack and all the game is doing is wasting my credits for no reason.
my weapons which needs improving, i hardly ever get any. New weapons which i see other persons have....i don't get either, but talk about something that will help me in the game play, that i don't get. What is the point of packing up my purchase with customization when it won't help me in the game? what, do i need to look cool or great when i get shot up by the enemy? Or is looking nice in the game, the way to go and enjoy myself?
I am ANNOYED at this, and at this point, it's just pushing me away from the game. I don't get how is it that the game makers want you to be playing the game alot and yet what is needed to keep you interested, that's the thing that the player doesn't receive.
There is alot of other annoying things about this game that i try and deal with like when the powers or weapons stop working and i end up losing a game for it. And all my time for enjoying something i paid hard earned money for just get's wasted.  Yet i just deal with it, with the hopes that the issues as many others have complained about will be fixed.....soon.
At this point i hope you do something 'Sensisble' about this for i really prefer this over cod but if this continues i'll be just done with this game. And i know you are aware that once enough persons starts disliking a company, that company is headed nowhere but down hill for folks will stop buying your products.
<_<

I have 200+ thermal clip supplies that I never use....wish there was a way to delete/sell/trade them for something else.

Bioware is annoying you? I'm not certain this is relevant to them. People are spending not insignificant amounts of money in the store, and getting pretty much the same results from the RNG that runs it.

While I feel your frustration, there's nothing they're going to do to change it.

If they choose not to do anything worth while about it then as i had mentioned before, folks money will basically start being spent elsewhere. So if they are all about getting folks money then they had better get that act together, 'OR ELSE!'
Realistically with so many complaints i know it will be hard for them to confront every issue immediately. I just hope they will address the issues eventually...................................'OR ELSE!'

Considering it's a random drop system it follows that the more you accumulate the less you will get things you actually want or need. Stop crying.

I'm sure there's an EA Executive cowering in his massive swivel chair somewhere because Geth-tastic on the Bioware Social Network is making vague threats against the company. They know they won't make money on the RNG store forever, but for right now, they're making a boatload, made blatantly obvious by all the free multiplayer content we're getting.

I am pretty sure there is a difference between a warning and a threat, however vague the threat may be and i am sure i have not made a threat. You don't get arrested for a warning but you can get arrested for a threat.
Now to the point, i agree they make their boat load and i don't envy that, they are a business and hope to make as much money as possible. If your own parents were part owners of the company, the boat load they make would certainly make you happier, providing they shared it with you that is. But since i don't fall in that category, i like many others, bought this game, and as such I voice my concerns with the hopes that they pay attention. When you don't voice your concern, they say you never gave a feed back and as such however they think they should do something will be purely experimental. We have many changes in the game from me1 to the current me3 and many folks like and dislike the changes. But if majority stress a particular like or dislike, then the company tends to pay attention to prevent a fall out, Does netflix and others ring a bell?

Axis77: Considering it's a random drop system it follows that the more you accumulate the less you will get things you actually want or need. Stop crying.

I say this with all respect: If people don't, as you put it "cry" then most times the correct thing that a company should do in the first place would never get done. The kind of folks who as you put it don't 'cry' are the same folks who would complain that nothing ever gets changed, and criticize those who make general decisions for the populous without knowing exactly what the populous wants.
I like every free thinking person have simply identify something i don't like with the game, and hope to see it be corrected or get some help to correcting it if possible. A rational take for someone with freedom, who spends their their money.
I for one am not a forum type person for people love to insult and condemn  folks who simply need some help.
It was the kind persons at the E.A tech support that recommended that i come to the forum and identify my concern as the forum is the outlet for such things as their support didn't provide that kind of help, which is what i have done. So if that's the purpose of the forum, then how am i "crying' when i voice my concern?

lol. I understand you feel "cheated" by your lack of luck in finding stuff but come on dude... The system is in place and it is random. The further classification of items as Common, Uncommon, Rare and Ultra-Rare set the odds even more specifically when it comes to each item. Yelling and screaming on how you and your cadre of friends along with the infinite amount of people you seem to think exist in your position will revolt and "hurt" Bioware by boycotting the game/company, is just pointless. There are other issues that might warrant that kind of attitude in regards to this game/EA/Origin but a "random" drop system and your luck with it is not one of them.

warning [ˈwɔːnɪŋ]
n
1. a hint, intimation, threat, etc., of harm or danger

Why don't you look up Threat and Warning? A threat and a warning do cross over in terms of use so your "Warning" is also a "Threat" and doesn't automatically mean you will be arrested. If you warn or threaten death... ya, expect serious things to happen. See how both words can be used there?

Anyway, you sound like a petulant child stomping his feet because he isn't getting his way. Do us all a favor and uninstall the game if you feel so violated by your lack of success in getting drops.

Warnings are given by people in a position of authority. In this case, you have none. Either way its semantics, and irrelevant.

Bioware only listens to fans when it doesn't affect their bottom line. Right now, people are spending stupid amounts of money on the RNG store. If people stop spending money in it, they'll change it. The N7 matchmaking system didn't affect their bottom line, so they rolled it back. The Mako didn't affect their bottom line, so they left it out of ME2 and ME3. The RNG store affects their bottom line. They won't change it as long as people are spending money on it. You want to make a change? Don't address Bioware. Address the players and advise them to stop spending money in it.

I have the same problem my friend, I posted a topic about it: http://social.biowar.../index/12569908

This is just absurd, everyday I spend around 1-2 million credits and I don't get anything, only useless XP, when I drop to nearly 0 credits I just feel irritated and demotivated to keep playing this game, although I own a pretty ****ty PC and I can't play many modern games. I hope they fix that system, it seems the game stopped giving me weapon upgrades :'(

:innocent:I agree with your argument on the meaning of warning (n). You however have failed to add that
warning also means: Advice to beware. b. Counsel to desist from a specified undesirable course of action.3. A cautionary or deterrent example. My previous conversation as anyone can clearly see, was a cautionary warning as oppose to a threat.
Threat (n): 1. An expression of an intention to inflict pain, injury, evil, or punishment.
2. An indication of impending danger or harm.
3. One that is regarded as a possible danger; a menace.
You see that's why the law pay more attention to a threat as oppose to a warning :police:. However regarding the favor you mention you suggest i do, well it's
rather counter productive. Why? Well let me go slow here for ya. You
see, given the fact that the law gives E.A/Bioware the right to sell a
legal licence to us simple folk to use the software legally. What you
might not know (and it's not a secret) is that you have to legal right
to voice what you think about that thing you purchased. can you believe
that? I know it's a shocker but it's a part of democracy.
Petulant! Very good, nice word. Again you demonstrate an effort to insult or undermine. However, without insulting i will say that I am not in the least intoxicated by the exuberance of your verbosity :)
OK now putting the joking squabbling aside, i understand what you are saying about the random selection of the game. And thank you for claring that up for me.
My hope at this point is that others who finds the same issue annoying  will add their two bits and 'maybe' just 'maybe' the powers that be will do something positive about it.
Now wasn't that very easy?B)

Hey, you "warned" there would be consequences so put your money where your mouth is and uninstall the game. Stop buying their products. That is your right. You may think I am trying to insult you but looking at your messages I think that demanding special treatment because you don't like they way the random system works is indeed petulant. Now if you suggested they institute a "trading" system or some other viable alternative then maybe I wouldn't see your complaining the way I do. I also get tons of XP and stuff I have but that doesn't stop me from playing the game and accepting the validity of their drop system. It's your choice to play or not to play, as you have stated. Saying that the random drop system is "annoying" isn't a very productive complaint. It works the way it was supposed to. Eventually you will have so little that you actually need to get that every purchase will be 99% dupes. What then? Complain some more? The system is not broken, it works just like it did on day one but when you had nothing and every drop was a gift you didn't come here and ****** and moan did you? It's only now, when you want something that you find it unreasonable and annoying. Welcome to random drops. Go play TF2 and hope for some weapon or a hat to drop or any raid in any mmorpg and pray for a drop. When it doesn't happen are you going to argue that the game is annoying and it's some sort of "issue" to be dealt with? And yes I agree, Petulant is a good word and it sums up your position. You are irritated by a system of the game, knowing exactly how it worked but now as you progress and don't get what you want you demand for it to change. Good luck with that.

Well, here's how I deal with it. I don't spend anything on packs until all of my characters are at level 20. I have fun for a bit maxed out and then promote them all at once. Once this happens I usually have between 1.5 and 2 million credits. Then I buy 15-20 spectre packs and a few jumbo packs if needed. Result? The character cards don't go to waste. After the buy I usually have at a minimum level 14-16(even 17) characters across all classes by doing nothing. I get them all to level 20 shortly and then repeat the process. One of the points of MP is to promote your characters. I think the complete random isn't the greatest, but if you promote, the cards don't go completely to waste. By buying 15-20 at a time I usually get 3-4 N7s and top level gear cards now. Promotion makes it seem it seem like less of a waste to me. One persons way to get through. By the time the EC comes out I probably won't even need side quests from all of the promotions. I like shooting everything maxed out, but isn't promotion the point in the end?

I don't care about promotion or my N7 rank, what's the point of beign level 3000 or 4000 when your weapons suck?

The random system is scrubbed up, how is it possible that with 2 million spent in my last purchase I didn't get a focking weapon upgrade, that doesn't make sense at all, so please dude, shut up, we are having a hard time with this game, don't make our situation worse.

True, but if you don't want to waste character cards I don't know another thing to do with them. It's random. All you can do is hope for the best. Sometimes you get two good things in a row, other times it takes 10 packs to get one good thing. If your level 3 or 4000 you'll have good weapons by then. I don't think it's a great system, but they have stated this is what we get.

It would be easier if you learned to use the quote button, and addressed people's points seperately, so they don't get confused. I had to re-read your post. Twice, because I never called you petulant, or went overly sesquipedalious on you. You do have a right to voice your opinion. And I have a right to tell you just how useful the way you're voicing it is. And to make suggestions on how better to voice it.

grpm wrote...I don't care about promotion or my N7 rank, what's the point of beign level 3000 or 4000 when your weapons suck?

So that 9 months from now, when EA shuts down the ME3 servers, you have enough War Assets saved up that you don't have to worry about not being able to play the multiplayer. I'm about 1230 right now. 16 more promotions and I'll have at least a permanent baseline of 5000 before the assault on the Cerberus base even at 50% Galactic Readiness.

Because it's random. That's how random systems work, especially when you slowly take away what cards can be given. I have a Javelin I. I have a Black Widow II. I have a Saber VII. I have a Paladin IV. All my Rares and Uncommons are X. I take what I can get from the RNG store.

I can and we all have explained, it's random. I got my Reager and Krysae both to level X in 2 days. I didn't get my first Javalin until last week and I've been playing since day 1. I have X of some stuff and none of others. Random. Sometimes I have gotten 2 N7 cards in one PSP pack, sometimes none. Random. I don't think people like it, but that is the system.

He doesn't promote, he plays with me everyday but not as much as I do, he doesn't understand why I'm not getting weapon upgrades, when you spend 2 million credits without getting a single weapon upgrade that is not bad luck, that's the indication that something is wrong with my account and the EA servers, I don't even get the notifications when there's an event, I only recieve the victory pack and I have to ask for the commendation pack at the EA Help Center, so crearly something is messed up here.

True, but if you don't want to waste character cards I don't know another thing to do with them. It's random. All you can do is hope for the best. Sometimes you get two good things in a row, other times it takes 10 packs to get one good thing. If your level 3 or 4000 you'll have good weapons by then. I don't think it's a great system, but they have stated this is what we get.

My friend is level 750 and he already have a Javelin X, Talon X, Crusader II, Valiant III, Hurricane III, between others, while I have Javelin III, Talon V, Valiant I (Commendation Pack), Hurricane I (Commendation Pack) and I don't have the Crusader yet, and I buy more than 10 packs per day and still don't get anything, can you explain me this? Yeah, I don't think so...

I'm not asking to get a N7 weapon in every pack, that's not realistic, I just wanna have at least one weapon upgrade after 2 million credits spent, so far I'm just wasting credits week after week with nothing new, this is not a case of bad luck, but a serious problem with my account and the EA Servers, I tried to get an answer from the EA Help Center (or whatever it's called) and all the incompetent moderators told me post my issue on this forum, so I did that and my topic was not answered, apparently, a developer have to see it to get a proper solution to this frustrating problem.

That is the definition of random drops and bad luck in your case. Your buddy is at one extreme while you are at the other. I am level 821 by the way and have a Javelin I. Deal dude.

I can't pull up your Multiplayer Manifest. Do you have feedback turned on?
