The title says it. Goliath, Raptor, Exorcist, Silencer, Shieldwall and now Mastiff. I'm participating in every operation since the start because I like the ideia of a challenge for both the community and myself, and the reward for completing them is nice. The problem is that I never got my Commendations pack normally as I should, only the Victory pack. Every single time I need to enter in contact with the EA support and ask them for my pack, what was ok in the first or second time as I thought the system was getting implemented yet but now, after almost two months, it's unacceptable.
I lost the Comm Pack from Raptor due to all that trouble with the exploiters. When EA support "send" me the pack it was already expired, and now on Mastiff after contacting support once more the guy told me that the "team" take about one week to send all the Comm packs and that I should wait until next week, but I'm pretty sure the packs expire in less than one week and they are delivered always on tuesday.
I am really out of ideas of why this happen. I am pretty sure that I always beat the personal challenge, I have my online feedback always on and I don't use a router, so no problem with locked ports or something like that.
I really like the ME 3 multiplayer, it is fun and nice to play with friends and other people, but the tons of bugs and all this trouble with the Commendation packs is making my interest on it decrease very fast. I really hope for an official response about this and better yet, a solution, so I will finally be able to play the operations without having in mind that I will need to contact support every time.

I'm not sure what your issue is, gotta have origin in-game on and the 'upload game feedback' option turned on for all of those to work.
I've never had an issue since enabling both those features.

Yeh the same happens to me, except I didn't know about the commendation pack the first 3 times so I didn't contact support. Now to wait in line for origin live help.

This has been my experience as well. With both turned on I have received the Commendation pack as expected. I think that "Upload Gameplay Feedback" is all that is necessary but I use the Origin in-game feature so that is always on too.djspectre wrote...

If you don't like the idea of uploading your gameplay data simply turn it on and then off at the start and end of each promotional weekend.

As said before, I have feedback always on, the origin in-game too since it is necessary to invite friends to play. Unlikely, but possible. I live on Brazil and none of my friends here who play ME 3 MP can get Comm packs without EA support. Would be very odd if all this trouble with the Comm packs is a region related issue. Without official response we can't know for sure.Ilanox wrote...

Oh, believe me - it is a regional problem! They just spit on some regions - here ( social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/12554846/1#12572231 ) I've started a theme to Bioware react somehow - no response till now. They just don't give a f**ck about us.

I contacted support once more today and was finally able to get the Comm pack from Op Mastiff. If I had waited for the next week as the other guy on support told me I wouldn't be able to get it. This pisses me off in ways you can imagine, looks like there are some people on EA support that don't have ideia of what they are doing while there are some rare exceptions like the guy who helped me today and was actually typing instead of just pure copy and paste nonsence.

A shame if you ask me, we are customers just like any others from the "top" countries. I'm about leaving ME 3 and any future game from this companies if this keep in this way, there are a lot of other good games and nice developers in the market, ME 3 is not worth of such stress in it actual state, full of bugs and awful support that don't even answer questions on a SUPPORT FORUM.
