I did not receive the commendation pack for Operation Mastiff, even though I was in a full extraction party on silver while I played as a Cerberus Adept. I contacted EA live chat and they said they are unable to give the packs out, and to try again next week (you know, when the packs are expired). Where else should I turn to get the pack for weekend challenge?

I know Damn well, I was playing as the Project Phoenix Adept and extracted on silver and still no pack.

I completed it with a Vorcha sentinel and I got no commendation pack

Yep, never received my commendation pack too. Who we gotta talk to about this?

I'm gonna say that, while it sucks some people didn't get theirs, I managed to get mine (origin in-game enabled and 'upload game feedback' enabled) with no problem.

So the system is working to some degree.

But the occasions that it may not work, I don't know why people complain so much....it's free gear and there will always be another Operation:XXXX weekend to get more.

Not complaining so much as...a little sad. Who can I send an Email to ask for my commendation pack?
