Sorry about the thread title not making much sense, I assumed I had limited room.
Today I bought a specter pack using mspoints, and one of the cards was the unlock for the new human male vanguard. (The one that came with the newest dlc, that has the whip like things.) But after checking my characters, I see it isn't unlocked. I'm not getting the vanguard and the adept confused, and I know I'm not seeing things.
Normally, I wouldn't really mind, but I really wanted that character. Not only that, but i spent real money on it. Is there any way this issue could be fixed? I'm sure you're able to look up my XBL GT through my profile (It's been a while since I made this account, I don't remember) but if you can't, it's CleverDemise

Restart your Xbox the store is funny sometimes. Check again see if its there, if not check your multiplayer manifest see if it's unlocked there. If still not there contact EA support they track your purchases.
