Me 1 and Me 2 are within my top 10 favorite games.

Yes. i only wish the series would be ended with a mass effect 3. it seems 3 is a bad number. MW3 was just MW2 with new skins...

That's not surprising, CoD rarely distinguishes itself from previous installments. At least Mass Effect 3 added new gameplay mechanics and expanded old ones to distinguish itself from Mass Effect 2.

Pinnacle Station is fun. My friend bought it and then I bought it.  Definitely will hone your skills.

BTW

what's your favorite character? Mine are Wrex, Wreav, Grunt ,Zaeed and Garrus Who were your LI ( if you chose one?)
I chose Miranda. I chose Subject Zer0 for my Renegade Run.

What you think of the Music? I was big fan of ME1,2,3 Soundtrack (its my kind of Genere)

What you think of Harbinger? I really enjoyed the VO and his Harbinger's Role in ME2 and Arrival

I only play as femshep, and her LI are either Garrus or Liara.

femshep only?

Femshep. Only.

Well, I liked the game until the ending, which for me at least didn't provide the closure for my favourite characters, also like people have said that the choices from two previous and thier DLC games, didn't have such impact as we were promised, but I got past that ending rage, now my focus shifted from Mass Effect to Halo4 and Borderlands2.

To Chris Priestly ( and all the Bioware staff ):

I enjoyed, too, every single moment in ME universe. Have the books, comics ( sadly digital versions except from the CE one :) ). It was an amazing game indeed. I laughed when I could, I felt sorry for the squadmates I'd lost...even cried when the moment was to painful...I can't say that this trilogy is bad even if  ME3 has what it has....but I am looking for the EC and will still buy DLC's because I would love to enhance my playthrough.
I admire that you care about us and put in hold what you already wanted to bring up in this months. Just keep going in the right way and take seriously what the fan base wants :).

IMO Mass Effect 3 could be the greatest game ever, if you make the right call.

I think you covered it.  This thread was started with mindless gushing.  THAT was the point.  Mindlessness AND gushing (or spewing, if you prefer).

Come on guys... The ME serie is the best so far. The end is not what we hoped, but it still worth playing. If it were not good, no one would care. And most DLCs released so far are good too.

MGS is better. I think Mass Effect tried to be too ambitious and just ended up not living up to expectations.

This.

And to Chris Priestly, I am going to be both positive and negative; I hope it does not get me banned. :innocent:

I love Mass Effect 1, 2, and 98% of Mass Effect 3 (positive out of the way).  However that last 2% (give or take) is where the franchise disappoints me (and a lot of others from what I hear).

Yup, best so far if you wanted more shooter and less dialog, control, etc.  Maybe they could do an ME4 and take all dialog away and make it full-on shooter with cut scenes to break up the run and gun, run and gun, run and gun.

Well, I bought ME3 because of the two former parts, not because of some advertising or critics. I had a lot of fun and immersion overshadowed by a debatable ending.
But what me really knocked off, and I still can't believe it, is why and how the MP part fascinates me.
Must be:
1) It's cooperative
2) You can develop the characters (is there even any shooter where you can do that?)

uuuhhh, ME2 had a Human Terminator...What?? Really???  We the Reapers (the most deadliest force in the galaxy since the Borg) are here to conquer and you see, here's the kicker: we're going to waste a bunch of resources to build a Human reaper-baby to sit inside a bigger Reaper shell where you Humans will never see it, but be fearful anyway.

Wait, you played everything in ME, ME2, and ME3 in 50 hours? First time?

It usually takes me 50 hours to play just ME2 (though w/LotSB, Arrival, Overlord).

I agree, ME is still the best series. Just can’t play it anymore because of That Which Shall Not Be Mentioned :crying:

I played ME1, Pinnacle station, ME2 and all DLC and I just finished Mass Effect 3.

Wow .. what an experience. I bought it on release but avoided all internet conversation about it until i had time to play. Played thru it in about a week (over 50 hours game play time completing all side missions). Let me tell you it was the most amazing experience I have ever had with a series the writing the story everything was epic. ME3 i felt was the perfect balance between ME1 and Me2 as far as rpg and gameplay is concerned. The whole game all your decisions from previous Mass Effects where brought up. the story was absolutely completely and totally awesome.

Mass Effect 3 was emotionally exhausting for me without going into spoilers .. I Laughed ... I Cryed ... I got Angry .. I had Regrets .. It made me re-examine some of my own believes. I was emotionally exhausted. Thank you Thank you Than you.

My only regret is i cant play them all again for the very first time.

Please give us more in this universe.

I agree with you. I played the end of the krogans arc two times because off a electrical issue, cryed like a little girl both times, and I didn't even had Mordin alive (died in ME2).
I can't desagree that the end was rushed and full of plot holes, even if I liked the idea, but people are so stuck in the end issues that ignore all the good stuff in the game, and for the good stuff I say thank you Bioware.

I had more good moments than bad moments, and I prefer to stick with that, than keep crying for whatever didn't reach my expectation.

People argue that ME3 isn't as bad as others say, but on the other hand game it self is good<--- notice this its good not Epic or Legendary, its good, but its also flawed at the same time, so this got me thinking if we didn't got the game in march and Bw would've relased it in next year or even a year later, lets say 2014, would've this game been more detailed and deeper or would it become even worse???

But at the end of the day, we still got third instalment, and yet its flawed as I said, the ending of the game didn't live up to our expectations, but I admit there were moments in the game that I liked as fan, but that doesn't say that BW should continue this kind of thing, which is bizzare by the way, but that's just my opinion.

I'm glad you enjoyed it as i did, i did feel it needed more closure at the end but I am happy to see we might get that in the DLC, aso happy Chris showed up to control the cyber duches who only like to impose what they believe and tell people what to think ,do and feel.I'm talking about both sides of the extremes, ban them all for all I care, they won't be missed. If you can't have the brains to have a resonable discussion without flaming and insulting you should be banned for life.
