None that I've encountered.  The QFE actually works really well with the GE, overload, plus cryo or incinerate, or have the two turrents working in sync, either have the GE spec'd as defensive, while the Quarian uses a more offensive turrent.  Works really work.  

I rock the GPS X with her, it makes it easier .

You need to stop looking at Incinerate as a stand alone skill. Incinerate synergizes perfectly with Arc Grenades, making the QME the only class that can reliably set up his own Tech Bursts/Fire Explosions. QMI can do more damage per grenade, but without Tech Bursts, he's still not as good at crowd control.

And if you compared them to their own class, QME is quite possibly the best offensive Engineer, while QMI plays like a gimped GI and lacks the survivability of SI.

Seriously. Both of those are so underpowered compared to most other powers. I don't know of anybody who plays ME3 "seriously" that puts many (if any) points into Cryo Blast, and Incinerate is pretty underused too.

im not sure....but i think cryo blast and incinerate have huge potential versus armor. ive not really played with her. it cant be better than BE's though

Yes, an AOE ability that weakens armor, makes someone take 25 % more damage from everyone on the team, has a super fast cooldown, and keeps unshielded enemies from moving, is obviously a really bad ability....

The freeze combo should be made a little easier to pull off, IMO. That and some sort of buff to the turret so it actually does something.

Playing fQE is somwhat strange. You running around, spamming cryo and fire at everything, shooting like mad, going down to 1/2 bar of health in a second and thinking you are useless. It feels weak.
Then the bosses spawn and going down in seconds. Ravagers, Atlases and Primes are burned while running by to the next cover. Suddently they are down.
The turret? Oh, you forgot, just throw it near the extraction zone in the last 20 seconds.
Then the Scoreboards pops up, and your fQE is first or second in the list.
You wonder...

In fact, I bet there's already a "Dark Horses of ME Multiplayer" club, to promote the use of underused characters. And if there isn't, well it should exist.

The only build I've found that works well on it, and it really does work, is the FrostMaiden. You forgo turret (its crap), use cryo ammo with a Talon/shotgun, get up in peoples faces, shoot them, if they are frozen, hit them with incinerate, if they aren't, hit them with cyro.

It works, as long as something freezes, so you hit incinerate and then freeze combo, which is where the multi-pellet weapon comes in handy.

But it doesn't feel very 'engineery', and works best against the Reapers more than the Geth

I did not see that any topic, and I started other.The sad truth is that Quarian Female Engineer is weak..
Shoot, spam blasts=enemy remains 1/5 on his blood.Do not feel useless.Has no useless characters.there that people play with 4 characters =big deal.I had tried whatnot and Tali can not stand on the little finger of the other characters.Whatever supplies used. Regardless of the weapons.
Quarian Female Engineer is a dove of peace.missing only olive branch......

If chilled enemies will be receiving double damage from incinerate, I hope that they'd make cryo blasts's base duration longer to make throwing cryo blast before incinerate more preferable over just spamming incinerate.

Also, instead of that flamethrower thingy, I hope it just works like a weak Reegar - as a shield stripper. I also hope the stun attack can set up tech bursts (to work in tandem with incinerate). More importantly, increased durability and attack frequency for the turret xD

I read that it only weakens armored enemies, not enemies with an armor health bar.

AKA, Husks, Brutes, and Cannibals.

It also lasts for a super short period of time and misses a lot.

I don't get this thread.

I can count on my fingers the number of times I've been outscored on silver by someone who wasn't the friend I play with.

And at least two of those times was a female quarian engineer.

I think you guys are doing it wrong.

For the record, I personally have NO IDEA how to do it right with that class. Just sayin'.

She must suck on gold.

Nothing wrong with her, she still one of my favorite characters. Give her a Talon and freeze away.
Still, if they want to buff her, sure, give my favorite quarian bum even more zing. No complaints here
