Sure, it's not like you can only rely on her tech powers for kills, but I think that goes for every engineer (except for the geth and quarian male now maybe).

Not really. My fQE uses a Tempest for shield stripping and general combat and a Pistol for armored targets.

Id rather salarian have cryo and quarians have energy drain like me2. Or cryo blast+incin on my male quarian. Yes I know the incin+arc grenade combo is wonderful but I do love me some cryo blast, imagine tactical scan+cryoblast on the same character, two debuffs and incinerate. Of course personally I would think a tactical drone would have been cooler. Debuff/scan the area surrounding it while it's alive.

Yeah, OP, I feel the same way. I dumped the FQE for her far more attractive Infiltrator cousin.

On Gold? Any other Engineer has something to deal with shields. ED, Overload, Arc nades. What kinda of engineer are you if you can't strip shields? It's like with human sentinel. In's not sentinel at all. 

I am mostly an silver player.
Maybe i try gold with the fQE. But then i would team up with an salarian or equip disruptor ammo.
