1260 and I am the #1 in my country, but I don't care that because N7 rating is senseless.
Dominican Republic is my country
Hehehe! I guess you don't have much blackouts in your city. If it was in Cotui, your rank would've be about 126
Hehehe! Sorry, but i don't use Origin. I'm Steam through and through.

At one point in the match, he left on us. Must have been connection issues, because he came back at the start of the next wave, and finally left again in wave 9 or 10 and didn't try to return. Felt kinda bad for him, because he lost all that money and what-not.
He never communicated. If he had a headset, it wasn't plugged in. One of my buddies tried to friend him after learning he was the number 3 guy in the world, but the dude refused his FR. That was kinda funny to me. My buddy, INVADERONE here on the boards, is just about the nicest guy you could ever hope to meet and is one hell of a good player. My Scarab Gun's friend list is full or whatever. Or maybe he just doesn't like to speak to mortals. But I feel he kinda missed out by refusing my buddy's FR.

i took up mp only about a month and a half ago and i am by absolutely no means 'hardcore' but i'm still sitting somehow on a n7 rating of 1200ish.
so actually i'm kind of surprised that the top scorer in the world who, presumably, started playing mp nonstop since the release only has a number around 10,000.
It seems that there are some out there that cheat their way up the leaderboards which does not make sense. I did happen to catch a game last night with the top guy. I had sent him a message to include me in a game if he ever had a free slot. Played 4 matches with the guy. Very cool crew. Overhearing him and the top two guy (or 3 or 4? dont remember) in the leaderboards it is clear to me that they work their way legitimately. This is from what I overheard on their strategies and all. They play quite a bit but are very smart about what they do with the store and their characters which is very cool. The top 1st and 2/3rd (dont remember where the other guy is at now on xbox) seemed like cool guys. I think I will definitely play with them again as I am the same way. I despise any cheating and have even reported a few myself. Cheating is just so dumb and I am glad to at least know that the top guy is just a decent guy who is smart about his gaming. And yes he has a job...it seems we both kind of work in the same industry. Anyways....just wanted to give a bit of info to the community. Good gaming!

Last week, we played with the number 3 guy on Xbox. Scarab Gun was his handle, I think. We didn't know who he was; just some really high N7 random who joined us on Gold. I didn't see much of him in the match. We all died a lot. He had a Harrier at lvl V, which I thought was as high as anyone had gotten it...but I've seen several people on the board with Harriers at X.

Interesting...I had the same experience....the guy had dropped then came back in around wave 9. Im not to sure on Scarab Gun...I keep hearing that its a shared account. I played with Shadrack, the top guy and he's legit. Weird about Scarab Gun though that a lot of people seem to have the same experience with him.

I was really hoping that they fixed the matchmaking from what they have it... even though the N7 number doesn't mean anything in skill wise, it merely shows commitment wise to trying out new builds and building characters, those which been around to feel how different gameplay is by their experiences.

Why does everyone assume that people pay real money and be top on the boards? I for one, have been bed ridden for the past two months or so and on disability due to major nerve pain/damage and I play ALOT. Pretty much all I can do. When you have all your weapons completed and all you get are character cards, leveling up is easy. Hell I've leveled classes I never even play. Doesn't come close to doing it the right way, but some of my N7 ranking has come for free that's for sure.
Gallows...wish you the best. I had a friend who was in the same position. Had to go on disability and is such a great guy but due to disability he has more time to play. Top guy on other leaderboards. Ping me anytime if you want to play.
I honestly dislike it when people judge. N7 rank does not equal no life. A few of my friends started playing ME3 before me but they rarely promote. I mostly promote now as I dont like wasting xp. The point is that they should be higher ranked than I am as they have been playing longer than me but they do not promote. They play just as much as I do which is approximately 1-2 hrs a day or every other...this is with a full blown day job and two side businesses I manage and a relationship. Sooo...I do have a life and am a social player. I enjoy meeting new people online and just having fun.
In regards to real money....makes no sense. I doubt these guys are using real money as ranking up experience is as simple as playing gold, promoting characters and using the credits you gain from each match in the store wisely. For anyone to think these guys are paying real $ to rank high is ridiculous as that would be quite a bit of $$$.

The number 1 guy on xbox according to my friend who used to play with him- knew the missile glitch very early on and uses it in private matches.
Personally i dont see the point of wasting time ranking up. After you get your weapons maxed its time to move on to a new game.

my friend played with bigboss who was top of the leaderboards till he got arrested for dealing. He said bigboss used to play all the time (mostly high) and only stopped to watch the game of thrones.

The dude on the Australian ladders is around 8k, I think. He's sitting a good 5k MORE than anyone else. Second comes in at 3.5k. Honestly, I don't think their scores are legit. There's no way someone could have an N7 ranking of 10k.
Ya his score is legit... played with the guy a bunch.. shadrach just plays alot
