A choice between a Majora's Mask remake and an ALttP remake? I'll take ALttP, please! I've wanted to see the Dark World in full 3D glory for a looong time now.

Yeah.... I don't know how thats even possible. I tend to make claims that MM was better than OoT.

Also LttP didn't have an obnoxious helper. Eh... I know Tatl wasn't bad or obnixious at all, but the scars I endured with Fi-Pain are still fresh.

Plus MM has a very dark and mature story for a Zelda game that really draws you into the world.

OT: A Link to the Past. Majora's Mask doesn't need a reskin.

Urge to kill... Rising...
But I would definitely be interested in an ALttP remake more than MM, even though I like MM more. If only because there is so much more they could do with a built from the ground up 3D remake of a 1990-1991 SNES game, whereas with MM it would juist be a graphical update with a few half-decent extra side stuff tacked on and better controls. Unless we were talking about a MM remake for the Wii U, in which case hell to the yes.
All I'm saying is there is much more potential in an ALttP remake than a MM one.

Majora's Mask has probably my favorite time travel in any game and it took the series into a darker direction that didn't feel forced like Twilight Princess. Man I love it.

So a remake of AlttP with 3D graphics but top down view or better 2D visuals? Either way would be awesome. I didn't read the article but I noticed on the poll they even had a ALttP sequel I'd much rather have that.

But I thought Link's Awakening was the direct sequel to ALttP? Unless they plan on squeezing a new one in between the two.

I have no problem with that but imagein seeing Majora's Mask in all it's splendor? I think this is a fan made trailer btw.

Can any of them be considered true sequels? I think Majora's Mask was intended to be a direct sequel to Ocarina of Time, but they all worked as stan alone games without really referencing the other games in it's lore. Either way, a remake of Majora's Mask would definitely be the best way to go. Dem masks!
Actually quite a few games are direct sequels.
LoZ - Zelda II Adventure of Link
A Link to the Past - Oracle of Seasons - Oracle of Ages - Link's Awakening (turns out I got it wrong, the Oracle games are directly after ALttP, not LA)
Ocarina of Time - Majora's Mask
Wind Waker - Phantom Hourglass - Spirit Tracks
The rest are standalone, but all are part of the official timeline. The difference is the standalone ones are set 100's of years apart , while the direct ones (with the exception of Spirit Tracks which is seemingly 1 or 2 generations after PH) are set within that specific Link's lifetime.
