I beat DA2 for the umpteenth time. Bioware... I'm ready for DA3, now ok?![]()
Give it a few more years. BioWare is in need of a check in the win column.

Well it'd make sense for DA3 to be on the 360 since the other two games are on the 360. They want you to load your previous games into the new one. If it comes out for the next generation console, then I'm not buying it. I only recently bought a 360.
No, they will port it to the next gen consoles, which would obviously have a way to transfer data between old gen consoles and the new ones.
and Trista, sad to break it to you but the market would not care about if you bought it just now when the 360 is at the end of it's life.
How do I know this?
Logic.
You are at the end of this cuve, with the laggards, who only adopt at the very end of a product life cycle.
The vast majority are adopters and those who switch early.
I.E. They will port it to the next gen, because everybody who was at the front of this curve, is already waiting to get an upgrade for their consoles.

Hahaha. Wow you're an a**hole.
I'm just stating facts, but perhaps I was a bit too straightforward.

I suppose I don't need to be "hip" to be entertained.
Also, pretty much every "new release" game that came out with the 360 can now be found "used" and I can buy them at much lower prices, then I have the option to resell them. So it's kind of (fiscally) stupid to be an early adopter. I know the Microsoft company doesn't care what the small percentage of people like me do, but I have to say, personally, this method has worked out for the best. I did it with the PS2, as well. I had friends who had to get the PS2 right away. They paid an arm and a leg for one. A big, clunky piece of crap with a ton of flaws. I bought my PS2 sometime around 2005 or 2006. They were jealous over the skinny, new design.

I have to say, on the behalf of "laggards" I've saved hundreds of dollars buying a new xbox 360. I bought it just last Fall rather than running out and buying it the second Microsoft released them. I also ended up with the sleeker, newer design. Also the risk of getting the RROD is much lower than it was when the console was first released. Also, it's fine if they want to release games for the *next* generation xbox, because since I've only just bought a 360, there are a ton of games I haven't played yet. They'll keep me busy in the meantime.

Hey, I never said being a laggard was a bad thing, I bought my xbox as a late majority.
There are a lot more benefits with being later to the party yes, but most people rush in because it's new and hip.
"Hip", you heard me right! Take the Iphones for example, every time a new one gets released people ****** themselves to get the new one because the old one "sucks".
On the other side, take the PSP for example,
When it was first released (The 1000 model) which was big and clunky, people didn't buy that many of it, until a new design was released (the slim) which sold a lot more.
However, the 1000 model was very easy to install custom firmware on, and a lot of people want that instead of the newer models, becaise on the newer models, it was nearly impossible to install any custom firmware.
So if you adopted early, you had a 1000 model, which was compatible with everything, while the newer models aren't.
It works both ways.

I've also played out DA2, but I'll take DA3 when it's ready, however long that takes. I hate rushed, buggy games.
