1. Can I do as many mission as I want after completing the IFF mission? Or do I miss chances for some missions or any sidequests? Im 100% Renegade wich means that no one of the crew should survive.
2. Is there any way to make Chakwas not to surivive the suicide mission?

1. Yes, and the more you do the higher the crew body count, though once you've done five (I think) then the whole crew apart from Dr Chakwas will be turned into Vegemite and spread on Harbinger's toast so there's nothing to be gained by leaving more than that.
2. AFAIK Chakwas has plot armour which would survive anything short of a supernova. I think the absolute worst ME2 ending has her and Joker and EDI flying the Normandy home.

1. That's not 100% Renegade (at least, not done WELL), that's just trying to achieve 100% casualties. I fail to see how a proper Renegade Commander would want that. But if you're going for a worst-possible run, then anything over 3 assignments after the IFF will kill off your entire crew.

Chakwas can only die if you do more than 3 missions after the IFF so that all the crew dies but her, then send her to the ship with no escort.
