I have not been able to get the original Quarian Engineer I have bought ton of spectre and premium spectre packs so I would think I would have unlocked her by now and shes the one character I want to play as. I was just wondering if it was some sort of glitch with my account or if she is just really hard to obtain cause if it is a glitch with my account then I would like to know if could get fixed. I have all the other original characters and almost all the expansion ones so it puzzles me as to why I can't get her. I hope that she is just really hard to get or otherwise I'm going to be depressed I can't play as the one character I want to play

I saw your multiplayer manifest, my advice since its random is to max out your rare weapons to get them out of the way. You have 1 out of 16 rare weapons at X. It will eventually drop hang in there.

That is a good idea but right now i'm just getting the last couple uncommons out of the way but thasnks for the advice that should help now that I think about. At one point I was doing only silver to start upping my rares in rank but I promoted my characters so for now its bronze till lvl 13

Don't worry about it too much I have yet to get the Krogan Soldier. Its all just luck. If you are good or have good weapons (and play smart) you can run silver constantly from level 1-15 then run golds for all your credits. Thats what I do. People are surprised that I can survive silver at level 1 but its not all that hard especially if you have a competent team and a good weapon (like the N7 Valiant or something similar)

While I run silver I buy a mix of packs a few Prem Specter, a few regular Specter, and a bunch of Veteran packs, along with a Jumbo Equipment pack or two. When I play gold I buy nothing but Prem Speter and Jumbo Equipment (when needed)

ya I pull off silver with lvl 1's but i'm more comfortable waiting a bit because i hate wasting consumables because i'm always stuck with incomotent teammates then they get me killed and never want to revive so i end up wasting medi gel
