All these petition threads about Tac Cloak, make me realize just how much I don't care about any one player class being more OP than the other. (I only care about specific weapons like the Reegar or Kryssa being OP, but that's a different matter and I don't even encounter those that much.)

It must have something to do with the fact that I play a grand total of 26 different classes and I've begun to wonder if the rest of the community does the same:

If I find myself in a team full of Krogan or shotgun wielding batarians, I pick a sniper infiltrator to give the team
some Long Range cover. Team full of slow tanks? An Quarian SMG infiltrator for ambulance service or capping nodes. Lack of Tech against the Geth? My engineer will flash fry the area with bursts. Everyone armed with a Rifle? Time for my soldier to give you lot some supressive cryo/disruptor fire so you can line the perfect shot.

Frankly, I don't care if your stealthy butt is at the top of the scoreboards. The moment I freeze that group of phantom that were about to insta-stab you with my stasis bubble, I own your ass and all the score you make for the rest of
the round. (Or so I gloat behind my monitor.)

I've tried all of them, although the only I use regularly are Krogan Sentinel, Geth Engineer, Salarian Infiltrator, Krogan Vanguard and Asari Adept, although that might switch to the Human Adept.

I shuffle through every class. PSPs do a wonderful job of keeping me at gold level without having to stick to one class. Just promote and put those char cards to work.

I play characters from all the classes but I never really counted how many or how often. I have some favorites that I play much more.

I'm just lookin' to have fun and earn credits. I'm usually low scorer but I support as best I can.

I usually play about 4-5 matches a few nights a week. I usually stick between the Drell Adept, Female Quarian Engineer, Krogan Sentinel and the Human Soldier. I'll switch to another character every once in a while, but those 4 are my bread and butter.

I play all classes roughly the same amount. Adept and Vanguard a bit less.

i have heard several people in favor of nerfing TC say that they don't play vanguards (cheap, cowardly, invisible snipers) and don't care about them.

i'm not sure if that's representative of most people who want cloak nerfed or not.

i do think that before your opinion means anything on a balance issue, you should be experienced with the issue.

I don't play Batarians.

Soldier: human/Krogan are two of the most played.
Adept: Asari (both) and Cerberus.
Sentinel: all of them except the Batarian.
Engineer: all of them except FQE.
Vanguard: only Cerberus.
Infiltrators : all of them.

Grand total of 20 classes.

I cycle through on a continuous rotation, and usually tweak each race/class build a little bit each time.

I've tried and played with all the classes, but not so much with the vanguards, since they are all buggy and what not when you're not the host.

I only really play two characters; the quarian female engineer and the asari justicar adept. I have tried out other classes (can't stand playing as an infiltrator or a vanguard so haven't really touched those classes) and other characters but have settled on playing just those two for now.

I have to give more classes a better try than just a cursory test, the ones I play the most now is a Drell Adept and an Turian Sentinel. I want to try asari apet and justicar more but in my testing play I seem to be able to do better with my biotics with the Drell.

See my sig for the classes I play commonly in Gold. The FQI and PA are my favorites. If I'm playing silver to level, I'll play anything. Occasionally I'll try to take a new class to gold. I've done a Krogan Soldier, Krogan Vangaurd, Asari Adept, and a few others on gold but I don't do it regularly.

Geth Infiltrator + any class with grenades minus Soldier (Krogan Sentinel is my favorite, but dat stagger animation ). I like to rush down a lot, so that means I need serious AoE spike damage on any character I play.

in silver I try a bit of everything, in Gold I bring in the order:

GE
AA-AJ
VoSoldier..

I suck at aiming, so, no sniping for me.

The only class I don't play is vanguard, since my main Shepard has been one since ME1. I change up between most of the engineers & soldiers, and a few of the vanguards and infiltrators. Once I've received enough character cards to get adepts back to level 20 I'll go for soething completely diffrent. Running through casters for a while before promoting the class.

I usually prefer Sentinel and Vanguard classes the most but I can and often do play as ALL the classes. I'm good with most except maybe the Adept. My biotics could be used better for explosions but I find myself just debuffing enemies instead most of the time.

Asari Adept - Arc Pistol
Asari Justicar - Vindicator and Carnifex

Male Human Soldier - Vindicator and Phalanx
Turian Soldier - N7 Hurricane and N7 Eagle
Batarian Soldier - Vindicator and Phalanx

Turian Sentinel - Vindicator

Male Human Infiltrator - Kishock Harpoon Gun
Salarian Infiltrator - Widow
Geth Infiltrator - Krysae
Male Quarian Infiltrator - Claymore, Talon, or Geth Plasma Shotgun

Krogan Vanguard - Reegar
Ex-Cerberus Vanguard - Reegar and Phalanx

Vanguard is the only class I really avoid. I find them too vunerable, charging into the enemy.

Apart from that... I rarely play Infiltrators, Quarian females of both classes, human Engineers, normal Krogan or any Sentinal that's not Turian or Vorcha.

Pretty much everything else goes though.

I play just about everything, with slight bias towards several of the sentinels and slight bias against soldiers.

Hmmm the poll talks about characters.

I play every class except Vanguard fairly regularly, but not all of the subdivisions.

Adept is almost always Drell, sometimes token Asari.

Soldier is almost always Human, but rarely Krogan or Turian. I haven't even bothered with the Vorcha despite unlocking him.

Engineer is mostly Human, but the QFE, QME, GE are also in the mix.

Infiltrator is usually Geth these days, with Human probably the next runner up. Used to play more Salarian. I would play QFI more but the whacky changes to Sabotage make it less appealing to me. I don't really like the QMI all that much.

Sentinel is basically Human or Turian with the Krogan sprinkled in.

If Vanguard was going to be absolutely reliable, I would do more Battlemaster and maybe Phoenix.

Of course I like some characters more than others but playing the same one gets old very quickly.
