Javelin has native cover-piercing too, I think.

Oh... derp. You already said you knew Javelin was.

The Mattock does not have native pierce ability. Just tested in the spectre shooting range.

No weapons have built-in armor piercing. Armor piercing (at least in ME3) is the ability to negate the affects of armor damage reduction. If you are referring to cover penetration, then yes, the Widow, Black Widow, Javelin, and Crusader have native cover penetration.

Incorrect. The Graal and the GPS have built-in armor piercing. The Scorpion probably does too, since the property seems linked to nonstandard/non-hitscan projectiles.

Yes, the Crusader has native cover-piercing power.

Question... Do all these weapons with native cover-piercing power have a damage reduction after piercing like all the pierce/shredder mods cause?

Yeah, forgot about those...

And any weapon with native cover penetration deals full damage, but any additional bonuses like shredder mod or armor-piercing ammo add additional cover penetration depth, but reduces damage.

The Graal seems to not gain any cover-piercing benefit from the Shredder mod.  I had at a Guardian one time with a Graal thinking it would, and... nothing.  It's the nature of the non-hitscan projectile I think.
