Since, the characters in the game age's really aren't mentioned, how old do you think some of them are? If any devs can help that would be great, but I don't think it would happen since most are probably busy anyway.  Here are my guesses..

The Warden PC: Depends on your personality what you pick, and what origin story.
Alistair: Probably in mid 20's to early 30's.
Morrigan: Early 20's to Mid 20's
Sten: Since, he's Qunari I have no idea how long their life spans are or anything.
Oghren: Probably in his 30's to 40's.
Wynne: 50's to 60's.
Leliana Early 20's to Late 20's.
Teyrn Loghain Mac Tir: My guess is in his 50's to 60's, because him and Maric drove Orlais out 30 years before they events in the game.
King Cailain Theirin: Early to mid 30's.
Arl Eamon: Around the same as Loghain.
Bann Tegan: My guess is probably 10-15 years younger than Eamon.
Duncan: Late 30's, early 40's.

Also, if something like this has been posted, i'm completely sorry.

If I had to guess though
Warden: Its probably up to the player. My gut feeling is
HN: lends it self anywhere from late teens to mid 20s area
Dalish: seems early 20s - mid. you could argue late
Dwarf Noble: anywhere in your 30s seems likely
Dwarf Commoner: I would think mid to late 20s, possibly 30ish
Mage: Anywhere from 20 to 29
City Elf: I would think early to mid 20s.

Obviously you can twist that anyway you want.

as for player characters.

Alistair: I would say mid to late 20s, if he is in late 20s its on the earlier side of that
Cailan: I'm tempted to say 26 or so.
Sten: Late 30s to mid 40s.
Oghren: Due to how old Branka seemed. I would say 40s.
Leliana : I'm inclined to think late 20s.
Loghain : Mid 50s I think
Eamon: Same
Teagon: Around 38-45 area.
Zevran: 30-31

Wow, I had thought Morrigan would have been in her early-mid twenties. Although I suppose her inexperience with society outside of the wilds made her seem a little naive, and thus a little younger.

PC : Depend of your origins.. Younger one would be elf and human noble .. Early 20's
-Dwarf Noble . .Probably around 30's
Mage :Around 25's
Dwarf Commoner : Around 25 's


Morrigan : 28 Years old
Leliana : Around 25 years old
Ohgren : Around 40 years old
Duncan : Around 40 years old
Allistair : Around 25 years old
Cailan : Around 28 Years old(He's a lil older than Allistair)
Zevran : Around 27 years old
Shale : Very old
Sten: Around 45 years old
Wynne: Around 55 Years old

Considering her dark side, which seems pretty thorughly ingrained. I can see how she is older.
