I've tried several saves and the game has made auto saves, but if I close the game and open it back up, none of the saves are there. The latest save that I can see is from a couple days ago. Any I deas?

Have you moved, or removed any files or folders from your My Documents folder?

ETA: Open your My Documents folder and make sure there is a Bioware folder in it, that is where your save games go.
