where can i get the code to activate it?
i can't find where i get the code or where i buy it
it always go to mass effect 3 page, but i can't find anything about it
help plz

Depends on how you bought your copy of the game, ie on disc or digital download and if so via Steam or Origin etc, and also if on disc if you bought it new or pre owned. All new copies will have the code somewhere, but for example I can only tell you where on the Steam download version because that's all I have. If you bought pre owned then you need to buy a new code but I'm not sure how you do it. Contact EA support I guess but I've never looked into it.

i want to have the digital copy
when i pay and download it, where i receive the code? and where can buy this dlc?

The digital version is in the same place as all of the other DLC.

Like I said, depends what digital download you've bought (or are going to buy - not sure where you are at the moment), and also like I said I can only give you an answer for Steam. If that's what you have/will have then you just open Steam to your game library and right click Mass Effect 2 to get a context menu. Choose 'View game CD Key' and it will show you both the game key and the Cerberus network key, and you can copy it to the clipboard from there or just write it down or whatever. I assume it's something similar for non-Steam digital versions but obviously I don't know for sure. When you've got it then come back here, go to the menu bar under the banner and click Games > Mass Effect 2 > Official DLC. That takes you to a page with all the universally available paid DLC and the Cerberus Network is at the bottom of the page. It says it's 1200 BioWare/MS points but if you've already got the code it won't cost, you can just click the Redeem Code button.
