[Pain Train]

I (and I assume many others) have been robbed of coins when you attempt
to purchase a Premium Sprectre Pack (PSP) and then the game freezes, the
host leaves, your mother-in-law arrives... and when you restart the
game, you find your self out thecoins but no PSP. Contacting Origin help
is worthless. I keep getting the same "help":



'This is a known issue so when it's fixed, you will got your pack. I
apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please wait for 12 hours to see
if it posts. If not, post your issue in the forums.'



This is a polite ways of saying your ******, go away because we can't
help you. Give these "helpers" the ability to cancel transactions and
return coins or FIX THE ISSUE! Good grief...
