During Operation Shieldwall, I promoted 3 characters nd possibly due to lag, 1 of my characters unpromoted, nd then I repromoted that character. I did not receive a Comendation Pack. When I reported this issue, I was told that the Commendation Pack was not available at that time and to ask again after Operation Mastiff. Now after receiving my commendation pack for Operation mstiff I am told that they can't add another commendation pack. After contacting Origin Live Chat 4 times, why is it that I'm told both to try again later and that it's too late for them to do anything?
