This is only when i use biotic charge once, Biotic Charge DR stacks crazily, if i charge 2-3 times in a row (cooldown evo) and go into cover i should get way over 120% DR basically restoring my shields instead of draining them when hit, assuming it is not capped at 100%.Yeah, I left this tool 'as is' when I stopped playing, that's why some things are missing. Btw Krogan Warlord is missing. I'm curious to know how long he can withstand constant fire with his super health regen in rage.
It doesn't lock at 90%. It doesn't however "stack" with constant charges.

The figure comes from Shield Boost. But apparently even that doesn't actually cap.
