Uh i have seen 2 people in total use it both infiltrators with it at X I have used it and on bronze its amazingly OP but on eveything else nope does just enough damage to be alright on gold I much prefer my claymore or the hurricane this argument is invalid not because of the subject but because the op cant even be civil and listen to and discuss counterpoints without yelling and calling names like a four year old which is sad because this issue needs to be discussed or the nerf this buff that threads will never end

The game was fine without it, and it was better without it.  The way to end the Inflitrator/Krysae nerf insanity is to remove the weapon that is causing the problem in the first place - the Kruhshay sniper cannon rifle long-range proximity mine missle.

Sniper rifle was already the most powerful weapon class without it.  It's simply overkill to have this in the game.  It's a totally unnecessary weapon.  If it was taken out, the unskilled players who rely on it would cry for a couple of days, and then they'd get over it.  And the nerf talk would disappear.  And the game would be brought closer back into balance.

It would be good for everyone and for the long-term playability of this game.

In short: Don't nerf it; DELETE it.

This game would be better without whiners.

Krsyae is fun but i can score just as high with paladin IV + max damage spec prox mines GI

Oh look, another thread by CmdDwnWrkn (seriously, what did vowels ever do to you?) that leaves even the trained eye wondering whether it's well done trolling or immense ignorance with a dash of superiority complex.
So yesterday it was engineers, today it's deleting the krysae, what next? A rant about how batarians should get enhanced vision from their extra eyes?

Couldn't agree more. I tried it once and I was falling asleep the whole game because I was so bored using it. Never again.

Have it maxed to X and I never pull it out.  FYI, Saber Rules.

I just unlocked it today and it does seem ridiculous on bronze.

Haven't tried it one the other difficulties yet.

Still think I'll prefer the black widow though I can't lvl it (or the valiant) .

Pretty much this.  Same reason people often leave a FBWGG game because it's predictable and not as fun as Reapers or Cerberus gold.

The majority of people who play ME3MP don't browse the forums, or even know we exist. Bioware is not going to outright remove a weapon from the majority of their playerbase because of some nebulous force (the forumites). People like OP are blowing the situation MAJORLY out of proportion, and what he proposes just isn't going to happen.

I posted that because it's just wrong to assume that people want everything to get nerfed, not to say that I wanted this to get nerfed. But seeing as how I do want this nerfed, how does it impact my experience?

An infiltrator with a krysae can kill entire mobs unbelievably quickly. If one of my infiltrator teammates has a Krysae and I'm anywhere close to him, it's always "Oh I think I'll shoot that enemy . . . wait . . . it's dead, and so is the mob it was a part of. No problem, I'll just turn around and . . . oh, those are all done, too. I'll just go to the other part of the map to find new en . . . wait . . . the infiltrator has already been there, oh, well I'm sure there's one around here somewhere that hasn't been killed yet that I can get one shot at . . . mission complete? WTF?"

Seriously, if one of your teammates is an infiltrator with a krysae, the only thing you're going to be doing is attacking bosses.

Everyone screams Krysae is overpowered!. I have seen plenty of krysae players die using it, so let them get over the novelty of it. Besides, before krysae ppl screamed Kishock overpowered! Before that it was Black Widow/javelin/Geth plasma shotgun are overpowered! Unless they nerf or remove everything except a marshmellow shooter, a nerf gun and a nerf bat people will still whine about over-powered things!

I'd rather you cry about it for a few days and get over it.  This has been an AMAZING addition that now gives us the ability to manage the rushes of phantoms we face.  Having one person on a team with one is a great addition to the team's ability to handle a multitude of enemies.  I personally couldn't care less if you like it or not.  What I know is that almost every single team I've been on yet has appreciated the hell out of it when I choose to bring it with me.  It is not only fun, but it serves a specific purpose and is immensely useful.  But overpowered to the point of making the game worse?  Not a chance.  Gold is still plenty challenging with it, for both the user and the team.  It has its weaknesses as well but overall it's one of the best weapons they've come up with.

Devs, GREAT job with this weapon.  99% of the community is grateful for it and finds it amazing.  Keep up the good work!

Well said! Some like it, some don't. Some are good with it, some aren't. Just like all the other weapons in the game. Don't want it used in your games? Fine, either kick or just host a private game. Nobody says YOU HAVE to use it! Nuff said!

i agree krysae was an epic failure from bioware.

first an example , me MQE area incinarate/ arc nades , fights 5 mobs weakens them up, guy with krysae camps 20m behind me sees where i shoot fires 1 shot at my feet , yes he shot on me killed everything. WTF is this? this fun?

Bioware should accept the fact they made a mistake and either remove it or make score damage on impact with target all the rest are bs from gold wannabes.

I got crysae X ,its useless , its only annoying , it will never outscore any decent shooter with a decent weapon .

Also , krysae lovers => accept u got no skill

PS.. for the valiant ,its not as good as some ppl think , nowhere close to a BW hitting on bigger enemies and its useless on armor even find the humble mantis more effective against certain enemies like guardians try it.

So, for you, fun = the amount of killz you make and some stupid numbers at the end of the match that mean squat. I'm actually happy that I'm playing only with friends.

1. You've been raging how you were killing everyone left and right and then some Krysae-wielding guy stole your kills.
2. Ever tried playing a co-op orientiered game? Someone has to play support, and not everyone must be John Rambo if you want to succeed.
3. Well, I know it's not directed at me, but still, I'm not using Krysae because I'm playing as an adept and KSo only, however I'm firmly against the idea of nerfs.

2: This is a co-op game, we help each other in this game. You don't need to mention score to make it obvious that you prioritize it and start crying when people outscore you.

usually.. i even offer help.
now , its not about score or stealing , when fighting i input a certain amount of effort right? right i guess, my reward for that input is succeeding at what im on thus killing that group of enemies. we agree so far? good , some shootin thin air achieving what i been bustin my ass just dosent feel fair to me . u agree little trolling noob? thaaaaaank you.
