In terms of playstyle, how does a weapon synergize with it's race/organization* of origin?

*as in Eclipse, Blue Suns, Blood Pack, ex-Cerberus, slavers/Batarians, marines/BF3 Soldier, etc...

At the moment, I'm trying to figure out how the Disciple works for an all offensive bubble on the Justicar.
EDIT: all of her powers--including the bubble--stun, and the Disciple stuns as well, so I wonder how to incorporate a reave spam, getting close and putting up a bubble...
