One question. The Consensus mission is optional and palyers who dont do it get just about the same things for the rest of the game as anyone else.

So i guess the consensus is capable of predicting the future down to gaalxies deepest secrets and greatest events since the same thing happen inside and outside the consensus.

Or to put this in another way, consensus theory, check mate.

No problem, we can rename the thread into something like "Was the Ending a Dream after the beacon hit Shepard in Mass Effect 1". The meaning of the thread will not suffer, but I suppose the name will be to long. So I prefer to keep the current one.

In short: Nice try, but you missed :)

I hope you understand that making "joke" threads like this doesn't help the legitimacy of your other threads which is already pretty lacking. You were already considered more of a joke than the ITers and now you're calling them out? Please, IT is no more ludicrous than your Normandy test flight thread.

So, this thread is meant to troll the IT camp, right?

You're really in no position to ridicule other's ideas. Hell, you're not in a position to ridicule anything, for that matter. Your threads are some of the most unintentionally laughable things on this forum.
And the white knight brigade wonders why people spam your threads with Spiderman.

It is no mystery to me as to why Seival's threads get spammed with Spiderman, but that doesnt mean I agree with doing it.

It'd would be cool if the theory was true but it's rather not.

Seival, this is really neither here nor there, but is there some reason you always put IT in quotes?

I should not really be too constructive in a parody thread, so I'll just describe my feelings...

"IT" is against everything I like in ME Trilogy. And this is not only my opinion. You are suggesting literally to remove Control and Synthesis endings from the game to justify your confusion about the endings. And don't try to explain me that you are not trying to suggest something like that. I already heard other "IT"ers arguments, and read your previous topics. And some particular "IT"ers' signatures just make me mad.

...Ok, steam vented. Now I feel much better...

...So, what I want to say here, is that I respect your opinion, but strongly disagree with your theory. I thought it will not be correct to start a "holy war" in your own thread, so I just made this parody.

What do you think you're doing? being smart?
Because nobody will take any of your threads seriously.

And for the record just because you dont like IT,does not mean you have insult those who do.
and nobodies forcing you to believe in it.

My opinion is the removal of choices consisting of either enslaving the Reapers or forcibly turning everyone into cyborgs preserves everything I love about the ME trilogy, but I respect your opinion as well.

Though that still really didnt answer my original question, which was simply why you say "IT" instead of IT.

One way to kill a Troll is to feed them until they're so slow they can't move or respond anymore.

But harpoons are better.

Hmm... And why not? There is no inner meaning in that. I did it once, and then it's stuck.

Fair enough, I suppose.

No. A theory is not true unless it has at least an hour long documentary to talk about it.

Is this post to ****** off ITers? If that's the whole purpose of this who've kind of wasted your time writing all this dialogue that nobody really cares about. And if you've got something against them take it to the Indoctrination Theory thread. Otherwise you're just trolling.

Your assuming Shepard made it off Earth, actually everyone on the planet was harvested easilly and the whole of ME3 takes place in a Reaper AI core.

I'm joking of course, Shepard died at the start of ME2, was taken by the Collectors and he's in the skele-reaper (seriously, no-one actually believed that project Lazerus bull did they?)

Just kidding, it was the Eden Prime beacon that got him.

Not really, FTL travel in Mass Effect is the trick (lowering the mass of an object does not allow it to accelerate beyond the speed of light, that's just silly) and races are auto-harvested when they activate their mass-relay.

Actually the whole Mass Effect universe only exists in virtual form. Shepard, the Reapers and everyone else in the galaxy are being manipulated for the amusement (and enragement) of entities beyond their capabilities to perceive or comprehend.

But really the whole universe is just an illusion created by me so I can experience existence subjectively (also, I am God).

Solipsism is fun! I'd like to thank you all (just me really) for taking part in this, the ultimate thought experiment.

We have differeing opinions, you know. I for one don't view synthesis or control as critical msiion failures. I'd like there to be paragon and renegade interrupts in between so that an indoctrinated Shepard still can save the galaxy.

No...why did you spoil everything and mention what the EC DLC is about.
Now Bioware will have to change all again.

Well...since now everyone knows the truth I will let you in on a little secret.

Guess who FemShep meets in the Concensus....

...Neo from the Matrix, it's love at first sight...

Poor geth and reapers, they don't really know what's coming.
