How will this be done?

1. Do I need to get it from inside the game (and put credit card data into the game? :X)
2. Can I get it through my profile, download it and install it or copy it to the game? (I'd prefer this)
3. For the stuff such as Stone Prisoner: after redeeming the codes, do they need to be downloaded from in-game, or through the profile?

And most importantly, a question on which I did not yet get a reply in another thread:

Can downloadable content be backed up, so it can be re-installed WITHOUT redownloading it again and WITHOUT connection to the internet? If so, does anybody know how?

BTW: Why are my topics and posts not showing up? It seems to take several hours. Sorry for the torrent of questions.
