I orignally had an ordinary copy of ME3 with an online code that I used, but today I purchased the N7 Collector's edition and traded in my old version. I put in the online pass code and got all the collector's edition DLC, but when I try to download the soundtrack, it says I don't have access to it. Can anyone help me get my soundtrack?

I attempted to contact EA about this a little bit ago, but because I had no idea how to classify the error, I still would appreciate it if someone here could possibly help with the problem.

I contacted EA support and they said that they knew what issue was and they had fixed it on my account but when I tried accessing the soundtrack nothing happened.

well, I received an email from EA support today saying that they manually added access to my account, but nothing has changed, so I still have the issue.

Hey I was wondering if you were able to access the soundtrack???

Like you I also have a standard copy, but decided to find an N7 collector’s edition, just got it today and used the code, I have everything but I can’t access the soundtrack

Can somebody give me some advice to fix this???

Stab in the dark but the soundtrack shows up 3 times for each platform for me. I don't own a PS3 so of course I don't have a PS3 ME3 copy. I wonder if it appears on your featured content page more than once, did you try using all 3?

Did you unregister your regular edition before registering the collectors edition? I would still unregister regular version.

I think that was the problem, I tried to unregister but nothing happend

I would log out of this stite, clear your browser cookies and try again. I did that with my iPad to unregister me3 to get my collectors edition pics, it worked for me. If that don't work I would contact EA support.

I contacted EA help, they were very helpful and very friendly :happy:, I can now see the soundtrack on registered game content, will download now
