For all who think that reload cancelling was put there for a reason you are extremely naive. It's obvious that the reason they say it was intentional is because it would be very hard to fix the issue. The simplest way for them to mitigate this problem was to call this mistake intentional. Plain and simple. A lot of companies use this same tactic when a mistake ends up being favorable in the eyes of the consumer.

I rather believe Christina Norman, when she says she did it intentionally in ME2. Even if I would think it was a glitch in ME2, the only explantion for it being in ME3 that it was well received and therefore put intentionally.
