If there is already a post for this, then my apologies.
For a few weeks i've been trying to buy 'From Ashes' on Origin. Everytime I do this however, I get to the 'verify your information' screen and press 'place your order'. I'm then stuck on 'Loading, please wait' for eternity. I've tried doing this in game and out of it, downloading the newest/beta version of Origin, updating the game....nothing works.

Same here. Has anyone managed to get around this? Or is there any option to buy the DLC from another source and then "register" it via Origin? Because I couldn't find one.

Yep, I've got this as well, and it looks like Origin is the only place you can buy it.
EDIT: Okay, I've got around it.
The situation was: I live in the UK and I was trying to buy the From Ashes DLC pack for 800 BioWare points. Therefore I was actually trying to buy 800 BioWare points. I was using PayPal, and it was at the point where Origin tried to load up the PayPal site that it was hanging.
Therefore I went to social.bioware.com -> Profile -> Add BioWare points and bought the 800 points with PayPal there (as I had done for the ME2 DLC). That worked fine. That allowed me to go back to Origin and buy the DLC for the 800 points I'd just bought.
I'm guessing that Origin can't interact with PayPal, at least not in Europe.

Interestingly I just went to do the good neighbour thing by going to the Origin site to report this problem and the workaround I found, but I couldn't find a working "report a problem link." (help.ea.com/contact-us wouldn't let me chat or email, and support.electronicarts.co.uk doesn't actually exist, despite being linked from store.origin.com/store/eaemea/help/).
Could one of the BioWare people reading this pass the message on to them? Cheers!

You can live chat with EA in the Origin application under the help section.

Not as far as I can see - I select Origin Help from the menu and the only thing at the bottom on the list of FAQs that pops up is a link to help.ea.com/uk/origin - where apparantly there are no advisors available at this time, just like there weren't twelve hours ago either.Fredvdp wrote...

It's not a problem - I got around the original issue and I'm sure they'll notice that no-one can buy anything sooner or later.
