I'm fairly sure that you can't do this in ME2 just because of the way that full body armor works. This guide from Sagequeen may be the best option. Not sure if it's in there exactly, but you should find an answer: http://www.gametouri...hing-hacks.html

This is rather easy to do in ME3 however. It's on the ME wiki's PC tweaks if you want it in the next game.
