When summoned with Master Ranger talent, Ranger pets briefly display a 'new tactics available' popup, allowing you to set up various tactics, including a few unlisted ones (such as Overwhelm and Dread Howl for the wolf).
It is only possible to access this tactics screen for a brief second after summoning a beast, then it disappears - becoming inaccessible unless you re-summon a creature.
The cooldown for summoning is (in my opinion) ridiculously long, given that pets despawn every time you transition to a new area. This means you I must endure a long wait for the cooldown to reset, and then laboriously re-apply tactics manually during every transition. As I typically play with two Rangers in the party, this can be rather frustrating.
Therefore does anyone know of a mod please that will either allow me to permenantly assign tactics to my chosen pets... or allow pets to be permemently summoned (i.e they follow you through transition areas without despawning). If such a mod exists, I'd be very grateful for a link.

Sorry, but no. The coding simply won't allow it. Someone attempted it once but apparently such "permanent summoning" mods just caused a new pet to spawn every time you change areas. And as fun as an army of 20 wolves might be, it's quite frankly overpowered, so I wouldn't suggest using that one.
