people make mistakes, they are only human after all. there are only a few flaws with the game, ones that can be overlooked because it is still a good game. No game is perfect and it differs from opinion to opinion so to be upset to the point of not buying anymore products over the ending is just kinda childish. and say what you will but all the problems started with the ending, now people just hate to hate, the other issues can be forgiven because they are pretty minor. well besides the damn auto dialogue

I really dont care if the EC will satisfy me or not. I will decide to buy future DLC's and Bioware games when i can read critics and user reviews about the products.

i prefer to make my own opinion based on me playing. don't really trust too many reviewers, well besides angry joe bout the only one i acftually go to, otherwise again i make my own decision. reading isn't the same as experiencing it for yourself

I've said it from the beginning. If the EC don't fix the game for me, then i'm not buying another Bioware product for a very long time, maybe forever. The EC is their last chance to convince me that they still craft quality products that interest me, i give them that chance

I'm treating future BW releases with caution regardless of how the EC turns out.

If the EC fails, I'm not going to spend anymore money on ME3, I was not satisfied with it.

Future BioWare titles will be completly spoiled before I consider buying them.

If the EC doesn't:

A) Prove IT and give me the "actual" ending.

OR

B) Make Starbrat and "pick a color" make enough sense to justify picking one (They are all thematically repulsive one way or another.)

And also

C) Make this whole notion of "War Assets" meaningful at all.

Then no, what's the point of buying Retake Omega or whatever else?

All future Bioware/EA games will be purchased pre-owned.

I didn't like the ending in the slightest, but I very much enjoyed ME trilogy nonetheless. If the future SP content will sound interesting, I'll buy it.
DA 3 is a pre-order without questions. I like this universe even more than ME.
I can't comment on other possible future Bioware games without knowing what they'll be about.

I litterally cant stand to play any of the mass effect games right now.  I can only manage the multi player since it really has nothign to do with the game.       If they do not correct this, i will not buy any dlc for mass effect 3.

If they do on the other hand, i will buy the stupid beyond the ashes dlc even if it was some cheap ass ploy on thier part, and i will go back and re play all three games again.  I will also buy all new dlc for mass effect 3.

As for any of thier other game, this doesn't really affect me so much.  It would make me wary about investing any time into a new long series where i would be kicked in the balls at the end.

We're still pissed I think, I know that I am. The thing is, we're just tired of shouting, we're hoarse for God's sake. As for the forgiveness, that is yet to be seen.I will give them some props for creating a pretty damn good multiplayer (even if it is just co-op) and free DLC for it, but I am very tired of checking these forums every few days only to discover that they have not posted anything about the Extended cut. We are halfway through summer and still no news. If EC fails, I'm done buying anything they develop new. Gamestop can have my money, but if the EC fails, EA cannot.

Agreed, though if a director takes a certain detour in his career I'm not crazy about, I might become more cautious when deciding to spend $10.00 for 2 hours worth or entertainment. Used to, I would go see a Spielberg film the first day, but after a certain point both his style and the climate of movie making changed in such a way that I became more cautious w/ my ten bucks.  I still think Spielberg is a great director, but his name doesn’t carry the same weight w/ me anymore.  BioWare and gaming in general are now in that stage for me. I still think BioWare is a great company, but I’m going to be much more cautious w/ my $60.00 from now on.

LOL summer doesn't start until june 20th.   Stop trying to rush them or else they will put out some crappy piece of garbage ending that will suck even more.    This whole mess is BECAUSE they didn't have enough time.   Take till christmas for all i care, as long as its worth it.

I'll probably buy some of their games but not at the launch (and no more ME3 DLCs).

Its impossible to desagree with that... Why retake Omega if you know everyone will be dead in days... Thats the kind of situation that would be amazing: to be able to make mods. We would have so many better endings... The voice acting would be a problem, but not as "problematic" as the actual one.

I'm highly likely to purchase dlc and future bioware products, the ending was **** but the multiplayer is very entertaining and well supported.

So, Whimper, what's your favorite M. Night Shyamalan movie?

I would like for the EC to give me a reason to replay the entire series. But if it doesn't do that then there's really no point. Why go through all that trouble playing the games (along with their DLCs) for hundreds of hours while making various choices and decisions that supposedly directs the narrative when in the end you'll only get one result: a colorful explosion with the Normandy crash landing on some random planet. No elaboration or a glimpse of the aftermath. We don't get to see how our decisions affect the galaxy. All we get is pretty explosions and Joker ditching us. It was very lame and anti-climatic :/

As for any future BioWare titles, who knows. But I do know that I will never pre-order or make a first day purchase out of their games along with scrutinizing each of their games before deciding to buy; of which I would wait until the price for the game has dropped considerably.

No more pre-orders that's for sure, probably wait for games to be in the bargain bin.

Just have no trust in them anymore, they keep saying they listen yet they made some of the same mistakes again. DA2 people loathed FedEx quests and the fact the ending was static regardless of what you did.... ME3 copied those same issues.

Yes, anything Mass Effect I but even future Mass Effect games. :) I hope it be kept the way it is. They add plenty of new contents and return many things too. It be cool to play other characters, species too in future DLC or games. :)

The EC has to be amazing to even make me consider buying Bioware/EA products in the future. There's more wrong with the game than the ending, and the EC can't fix that. If hell freezes over and DA3 turns out to be amazing but the EC doesn't deliver I'll pick it up used.

Nope. Then again I'd never bought a BioWare game until Mass Effect (ME2 actually, wish I'd played 1 first but that's another story). I had planned on going through their back catalogue but I'm not doing that now. "Never" is, though, too long a term. If at some point in the futre they've clearly learned from their mistakes then I may change my mind.
