Well I'm a completionist nut, so this probably doesn't matter to a lot of people: but I'd really want to lay hands on that limited edition DLC they attached to Dr. Pepper and some such rubbish, and the collector armour, blood dragon armor and the rest. I was given ME2 as a birthday present so didn't have the option of getting the collectors edition at the time. As for the others: litterally noone sells Dr. Pepper arround where I live, and the card I got for the blooddragon armour expired over a year before I was given it. Is all this just lost to the void for me now?
Prior to the ME3... kerfuffle... I would have gladly forked out five bucks for all this, maybe even more if they just stuck it up on the cerberus network.
Yes: I know it's supposed to be "exclusive to collectors" but you got it for FREE with that version, or a can of pop, or Dragonage Origins new copies, I'm willing to pay.
Can I ever get old DLC?

The Blood Dragon armor code actually does not expire, it should still be good. I redeemed my code for it over a year after it "expires". The EA Dr. Pepper promo ended Dec. 31 2011 it looks like. All of the other pre-order DLC can be bought on ebay if you want. I too am a completionist when it comes to Mass Effect and had to search around for a while to get all of the DLC for ME2.

i might concider buying dlc for me2 (rather than just using the freebies) if they put together a package that allows players to buy it all in one purchase and can be downloaded as a single download rather than lots of individiual downloads
in the case where a player allready owns a dlc item in the pack they get some refunded bw points to spend on multiplayer and dlc for me3
