Iphone.: Data from Iphone to PC?

Hello,
I need help kinda. Iphone date to my PC with my New PC I'm not sure how to bring things from my Iphone to my PC like Pictures, movies, videos things like that? It worked well on my Old PC but when I got to my Computer I don't see the Iphone thing only the other drives?

Would anyone know?? Thank you.
