Digital vs. Disc: Which has the better framerate on PS3?

Thinking about getting the game for PS3, but I don't don't which version. Does the digital version of Dragon Age: Origins run smoother or have a more stable framerate when downloaded from the PSN and played off of the hard drive?

ive only played it on disc so cant really say but getting it from psn will cost you alot more with all the dlc

The source media doesn't contribute to framerates but loading times. So, the only difference you will notice is your game loading faster if played from the harddrive nothing more.

Yikes, maybe I ought to just skip it then. I doubt patches would have fixed that framerate a whole lot by this point. I'd like to be wrong though.

I thought post patch the game was much more playable on the PS3?

The frame rate is still sub-par. 20fps on average while wandering around, usually less in the middle of combat. They can't even get the running animations right. It's pathetic really.
