Lately, Borderlands or games from the N64 and systems before. The ME3 multiplayer is the stalest one I've come across in a long time. The only time I seem to even play anymore is when my friends want me to get on with them.

Whatever is currently NOT on the Xbox since mine just crapped out. 4 years of service and the ole' girl finally jammed.

Servicing says it's alright, just need to replace the disc reader and it'll work again but I'm without for a few weeks.

I need to play Shogun 2. Seriously, but everytime I try, I either get weird graphical glitches, or it winds up making me dig up Rome: Total War because I'm just addicted to that game.

Otherwise, I play Skyrim in anticipation of Dawnguard or Witcher 2. And just recently grabbed Baldur's Gate 1&2 off Good Old Games, so I see an extended period of replaying those in my near future.  I pretty much have to play ME3 MP, if for no other reason than to keep from plunging yet more money into GoG now that I think about it.

When not on MP, on SP. lol? I'm trying to do an full-Paragon run for once. It's so hard...paragon femshep is such a self-righteous preachy ****....but then again, I suppose it's better than cold-blooded murder innocents, civilians, and friends renegade shepard...

Actually I use ME3's MP to take a break from other game: Real Life.
Anyway, on these days I usually play Doom 3, Halo ODST or Killzone 2

TF2, Europa Barbarorum (Rome: Total War mod), SC2.  But what I'm really looking forward to won't be out until next year sometime.  
Dead State - a zombie survival RPG.  The kickstarter is up and running, give it a looksee if you have a moment.

Star Wars The Old Republic, FIFA 12, KOTOR, Star Wars Empire at War + Forces of Corruption, up until yesterday Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast + Jedi Academy, as well as an occasional round of Halo Wars.

I do not play ME multiplayer, but I recommend Civilization 4 (while combat in 5 is more fun, and the city states make for an interesting mechanic, the rest of the game is blah), Bastion, Team Fortress 2, Fallout New Vegas, Age of Wonders 2 (plus expansion), Heroes of Might and Magic (any works, currently hitting 6).

I am currently doing an Engineer run through Mass Effect 1, as I want those last 9 achievements. After I'm done, I may do either Dragon Age: Origins or Mass Effect 2.
