We all have our moments of Stupidity.  Tonight, during an object retrieval mission my Geth engineer goes down while carrying the object.  The team rezzes me and I get up to provide cover fire, but no one is heading for the zone.  I sit there shooting for what must have been forty-five seconds cursing (to myself, I have no mic) whoever should be heading for the drop point.  Turns out I, and probably everyone else was cursing me.  I have no idea how I ended up with the item since I had gone down and to my knowledge never picked it back up, but there is was.  I finally stopped looking around at everyone else and noticed the huge back pack on me and headed for the drop point.  I made it in time, but my apologies to my teammates for being a moron.  Good lesson to me that when that person on my team is doing something stupid that we all have our moments of stupidity.  Feel free to share yours.

I missed extraction the other day fighting a couple banshees and brutes, I was having so much fun I forgot to mind the timer and missed extraction, but it was worth it.

Thanks for sharing. I assumed the package is dropped if the carrier is killed.

The player carrying the package when revived does retain carrying it, as far as i've seen.

Tuesday I was messing with a geth infiltrator build to use the javelin for some good laughs because its my boss killing build and that's it really. Now the power skills went well, equipped the weapon put the mods on I thought was ammo and extended barrel. Equipped some sniper equipment and disruptor ammo on it. Started a random gold match, didn't think to double check my weapon mods at all or my equipment. Match started and all that as was doing ok but the first atlas showed up I noticed I was not doing as much damage to it as I used, a lot less damage even. I used TC, shoot a proxy mine and fired my gun in quick succession but the damage was far from what it was. Well we eventually completed the match and I said over the mic i was sorry about how slow i was killing the atlas's and such. The one guy said it was because I used a pistol mod for my equipment and strong hold package. Another one said to check my gun and I actually equipped the scope and AR mod. Yup great time really, so I wish they said something before the match started though.

I was playing a Kroguard vs. Reapers.

We were fighting a Banshee in a tight spot in FB Glacier, I drew out my missle, then I realise she was already pretty low on health. So, I tried to switch back to my shotgun.

Then I accidentally hit Biotic Charge instead. I got insta-killed. I bet I looked like a genius.

Firebase Jade, Cerberus, Silver.  Timed-area objective (forget what Wave) to the immediate right of the LZ.  Myself and one other Infiltrator, forget what the other two were.

The three of them go to the objective while I sit at the LZ and try to cover them.  Eventually I see the two non-Infiltrators run out of the LZ and into the room that people seem to think is the best to hide in (back right corner).  They get downed several times and revive each other, still camping behind cover over there.

By now I've already realized we have a single person in the objective, the other Infiltrator.  I rush down to help speed the process up, while trying to cover the other two idiots and the upper balcony flank.  Thankfully the other Infiltrator & I were able to finish the objective and remain relatively unharmed by watching both sides between us.  But still...

I do this often.  I'm so caught up in trying to keep the other players alive since they attracted all the enemies to the LZ by rushing for it that I forget to watch the timer.

I was playing an infiltrator on silver to test run my new Hurricane. I learned real fast that that gun could mow down a phantom in no time and was having a blast with it.

Cut to extraction, I was on the other side of the map distracting some Cerberus mooks while my team held the landing zone. With a bit of time left on the clock, I put on the tac cloak and made my way to them. right in front of the landing zone I see a phantom in cover just waiting to be killed, so I start firing my hurricane.

Little did I realize that behind me was an atlas, some centurions, and all manner of other forces. They took me down before I could even kill the phantom and we missed a full extraction.

Carrying the pizza on tuchunka, had to dodge a phantom. The dodge was so epic in fact, the pizza had to hide in the middle of the planet where no one could get to it. Needless to say we just went around killing phantoms till the timer ran out. Not much else you can do when the pizza falls threw the map.

Alone during gold wave as a vorcha I mean to reload and I I equip blood lust and do not know it. Later I wonder why health no regenerate. Equip bloodlust again in middle of a fire fight (finally noticed) vorcha does his stupid screech thing... Nemesis downs me.

Last man standing finishing hack wave 10 on tuchanka by the lz (room to the left). Last Banshee rushing me, last missile. Shoot the floor in front of her, somehow miss and get grabbed... finished the hack as she stuck her hand through me.

Went into Vanguard mental state while playing with Phoenix Vanguard (ie. if in doubt, CHARGE!). And got skewered. 8s before extraction some distance away from EZ. If i had just turned and run it would have been a breeze to get extraction or used smash or anything else, but no... i charged... Ripped Into Pieces.

I used an elcor mating call on banshee.... things didnt go well :S

Any time I die to a grenade because of either rolling towards it or just not getting away/not seeing it. And it's usually on wave 1. =/

Charge banshee an brute to save squishy infiltrator... Realize after I had a missle.

Call out "grenade!" on mic. Stand perfectly still as squadmates jump away.

Happens way more than I wish it did.

You keep the package, it's like when you die while doing a objective hack, when you revive you restart the hack.

Krogan Vanguard, gold, Cerberus, Dagger, wave 10. Pressed wrong hotkey and Biotic Charged myself into the middle of 2 Atlases and god knows how many Phantoms. Got instakilled by a friendly Phantom in 2 seconds, I must've looked like a right tool.
