Nice people.

The tech folks are off-site (not in Edmonton) and are aware of the issues and are working on them.
They most likely relate to the amount of hits drawn by the Launch of Dragon Age.
I requested that they should be putting up a notice of the situation soon. Bioware thought that would be wise.
