This is really dissapointing, with 5hours spent and finally unlocked all achievements, I happily start up DA:O to get the helm of the deep, it did not appear, so I log on back to dragon age journeys again, and the new chracter that I created for the "convince bard to join party" and ogre tactics is gone! I made a warrior previously and got 3/5 achievements and the game ended. With my mage I got the last 2, how can I get tech support on my problem anyone?

I am having problems too. i unlock 4 achievements and unlocked the 2 first items, i went on origins to see if they apear and they didn't, then i get on today and find out my saved games were deleted and the auto save is the only thing on there. i knew this was all a hoax, next time i am not gonna waste my time. i clicked on the help thing but when i sent the message it said the address wasn't found so to all those who are trying to get these items don't it is a wast of time, unless you only care for the story line.

nice try with the assistance, don't go there it is a trick to steal info from your pc, to bad for you lighting but i have a better firewall than that.

I have a similar problem. I cannot save my game online in EA's servers. My game only is saved "locally". So, my achievements are never saved in EA's servers and it is impossible to me to get the 3 exclusive objects.

It seems their server is no more. I wish they would tell us these things on the dragon age journeys website. So how will we be able to get those 3 items now?

The only Item Im missing is the helm. I can save the game to EA's servers before I get my last achiv but once I unlock the helm, it wont save. When it tries to connect all it says is 1.60 BAD_CODE I just want the helm and call it a day.

Lost im in the same boat only it wont even unlock the other 2 items the amulet and the belt same bad code i wish there was some feedback i emailed and got 0 response

I had the same problem, game runs and saves fine until I kill the Hurlock Emissary, now it won't let me save the game and after logging in again it doesn't recognize that I've killed the Emmisary.

Yeah, the game is pretty much dead, No support (the email above is legit btw!). You can't get the items anyway as the unlocks were only available until March last year or so...

Oh really, lol. Well that probably explains a lot then. I was having the same issue too, so I tried contacting them about it.

No biggie. It's not like I wasn't going to replace that helm anyway.

i believe the game is still in beta so it probably won't unlock the item until the final version is released

I think you're getting confused with Dragon Age Journeys (the flash game that was available at the time Dragon Age:Origins released) and Dragon Age Legends (the new game on Facebook).

Dragon Age Journeys (which this thread is referring to) is virtually dead, pretty sure EA nor BioWare have any plans to do anything with DAJ.

Dragon Age Legends has, I believe, completed it's beta phase and is now available for anyone to play. I think there's currently about 5 items available to be unlocked.
