Grenades, hidden Marauder, long armed Banshees, Geth Hunters (aka lords of the stun).

My favourite though is the across the map, through cover, sniping from Primes.

Since failed Operation Silencer: Banshees. I guess they've been sent just to date me, me and again me. I never have to worry about using a medigel or not. They teleport, grab and kill within the split of a second. I can run and roll and slide as I wish, no chance. When banshees appear on the battlefield I can prepare for a coffee break.

I always get badly wounded, but not killed, by the dangerous ones. Then some low level enemy finishes the job.

Hunters.

Way worse before arc grenades though.

1. Magically moving to cover when attempting to *run*.
2. Marauders are cowards. Head-on they REFUSE to shoot to. Once my back is turn their weapon becomes a minigun.

Edit: 1. Back in the day, stretch armstrong Banshees.
2. Magically appeared turrets at on new wave that leave me with one bar of health for

Cerberus turrets in the most inconvenient of places, then lag. Got killed twice today in the first two levels. Once I was in cover on Goddess, at the top of the landing zone, where the fires are, and the lag was moving me in and out of cover
Ravagers used to do me in, but have learnt to dive out, no matter even if dealing with a Banshee, as soon as I see those Ravager aiming lines.

Husks with Mauraders following them. And Geth Prime's stunlock gun (seriously, I die when two of them are shooting at me simultaneously).

It used to be Turrets..but the Pyros have caught up for me.

The recent "dumbing-down" of Banshees (or at least my improved ability to not get grabbed by them) has caused them to get left in the dust.

Please bear in mind I only play Silver...

Geth Turrets have become way too OP since bioware decided to buff geth. Geth are almost too anoying to deal with playing on any map besides FBWGG (And you can blame those people who always just play that 24/7). I end up getting downed from turrets faster than being prime hit which is just ....

Hunters are very very annoying that they sometimes appear to take no damage when cloaked or shielded; thus no stun in-between your shots or reloading. And that you can very easily miss through them with powers like stasis. And the added amount of hunters on gold makes them extremely potent on gold where you cant force enemies down 1/2 lanes.

Banshees were not dumbed down, might just be that you are playing silver, but they're still just as lethal on gold afaik. Magic grab hands which I think might be attributed to some sort of lag/ host-client syncing issue. Still annoying.

Phantoms are really not as deadly to deal with imo but can be just really unlucky to get one who shows up behind you if nobody is watching your back or you yourself are not.

Cerb turrets, lots of damage yea but they kind of are designed to be that way. Thankfully they fixed the issue where turret could still build if you kill the engineer before turret is fully ready.

One Button for 4 things really kills the game for me though almost every time. Come on... EVERYONE complained about this in ME2, so you decided to continue and bring it back for 3?

If I don't get stuck on cover, I eat a few rockets or take a shotgun to my face.

Phantoms, by far.

I was going to say getting stuck on cover, but then I realized I get stuck on cover mostly because I'm running away from Phantoms.

Magna-Banshees, bar none. They fall for none of my usual tricks, and usually cause me to mash my "5" key and pray I have enough time to fire at the ground.

As has aleady been mentioned by others - the stoopid control system of having one button for everything. Forget your Banshees and Phantoms, nothing kills me more than trying to run away but then ending up going into cover right infront of enemy fire, or trying to revive a fallen teammate but then again going into goddam cover.
The designer who invented this system needs torturing. Slowly.

I only ever play Silver, so bandshees, ATLAS mechs and primes are basically just normal enemies with larger health pools.
Thus meaning that those goddam cannibals always nade me while aggro'ing the rest of the army because I never have enough ammo.

Not counting game mechanics like spacebar, definitely geth hunters. Marauders/banshees come second.

1) An utter lack of situational awareness at times >.< Shared 1st place: Otherwise being a complete n00b.
2) Failing reload cancel, getting a face-remodelling.
3) Hunters.
4) Space bar. Jumping instead of covering, covering instead of running, ...
