it's cool, but doesn't make sense...people are gonna simply ask why they can't put three on the other class's weapons. i think that extra base weight capacity for soldiers would make more sense and be easier.

I think soldiers should be able to carry 2 weapons without a weight penalty for the 2nd weapon. that's what I think.

I like this idea, though i can see it being difficult to implement as the weapon mod system seems to be fairly divorced from character class.
