I created a character Monday and I now have the game for my XBox 360.  I started the game and logged in using the exact same account I used to create my character and I don't see my character.  New Game is making me create a new character!  How do I get the one I already created and the free ring?

Same thing here, except I had the PC version pre-ordered and it was finally just unlocked.
