each time i log in with origin it downloads something and then stops at 99% of instalation claiming i should be logged in as an Administrator...of what? i already AM logged in on my pc as that so why is it stopping?
does anybody know because it´s kinda pissing me off

Try switching over to another version of Origin. I've had similar experiences with I believe the Beta version - While the most recently released one doesn't have such issues on my PC.
(I might be mixing the two up, but one of them gives a similar error here)

How do we get a different version? Looks like I'm using the beta version too (it's whatever version Battlefield 3 auto-installed along with itself) and getting the same error.

i used the top exe file and ran it and now my "must be logged as an administrator" problem is gone...
Hope this helps it did for me...Finnaly finnished my download (what ever it was) and it was installled.
