After playing mass effect 2 and 3 i bought mass effect 1 as i thought the genesis story was cool on mass effect 2.
I thought i would play and see it all for myself,i got about 15 hours into the game and i really cant play this game anymore i can barely handle the gameplay.you got no ducking the combat system is weird i cant get used to it, shepard seems so lifeless running around all stiff etc,its a brilliant game and amazing fantastic story and without mass effect 1 we wouldnt have the amazing mass effect 2 and 3,i want to play this game but cant bring myself to continue anymore is anyone else like this?
Wtb mass effect 1 combat revamped.

Yeah, the ME1 combat system is pretty awful; just keep at it, you'll get used to it eventually.

@OP, you might have better luck finding help with your problems with ME1 in the proper forums for those games. And yes, I played ME2 first before purchasing ME1 to make my complete run through all three games. The combat was clunky, Shepard kept crouching when I was trying to run, and the cover system was...interesting. But promise you, if you persevere and get through it, then import that character into your other games, you will have a more in depth experience that is just awesome to behold.
