So today I was placed in a Silver match with three randoms. All three of which we aparently friends, had high pitched voices, favored swear words, and all spoke about how "stupid" Father's Day was. Even not being a father myself, I found it a tad disrespectful in the direction the conversation was going so I muted them. The moment I turned on my mic again during an objective I was met with one of the kids chanting my gamertag and that I should go die, giving explicit directions, because I was doing his retrieval "job" since he was an infiltrator.
And this is why I'm so glad we have the "party" system on XBox. You should hear it with the Halo games. 10 yr olds. OMG. Squeel squeel squeeel. The game is rated "M". What are they doing playing it? Not only that I hate getting beat by them.

So we go into private party chat. Yay! We don't hear them. They don't exist!
We used to turn friendly fire on in Rainbow Six Vegas rooms just for events like you described above ... you know follow them and when they're sneaking into sniping position toss some C4 up and detonate.

Fun times. We'd be in a match sometimes and our team of course would be losing because we'd be laughing our asses off team killing each other. Then we decided -- why don't we just play "shotguns only on the dirt on teh 'streets' map" private. You know it was only a matter of time before that went to hell. :whistle:Ah fun times.
