Before ME3, I romanced everyone possible except for Jacob. Unfortunately, most of those turned out to be pointless, so now I've only imported my Ashley, Kaidan, and Garrus romances. I partially started my Liara romance, but she gets so much screentime I kinda already had enough of her.

Hah. I went for everyone I could as femShep (including Kelly, discounting Liara, who wound up with my broShep) and Jack and Tali on broShep.
I've started most of those playthroughs, but... Well, Garrus has kind of spoiled me. Even Liara falls flat hard on pacing, compared to the fact that Garrus and Shepard always remember they're a thing. Garrus's writer nailed the romance, and got enough screentime to work with it.

Thane, but got Traynor on the rebound. Something about the accent that does it for me.
For MaleShep I prefer Jack. The most paragon choice as she is the most broken of the cast.

First full trilogy playthrough: Ashley in ME1 then Tali on ME2 and ME3
Second playthrough: Liara in ME1 then Miranda in ME2 then back to Liara in ME3 (I know I'm a terrible person for getting Miranda killed)

Ashley for Male Shep and Kaidan for Fem Shep. They should just make Vega an option for Fem Shep already!!!
