my main paragon FemShep - Kaidan
my renegade ManShep - Ashley
my renegade FemShep - Garrus
my other renegade FemShep - Liara in ME and ME2, Kaidan in ME3
and I'm working on an s/s Kaidan playthrough.

I just love that romance way too much. ha

Tali (paragon) is definitive/primary LI, and as in ME2 is part of the fullest don't-miss-a-thing thorough game file. Imported that ME3 file and mixed it up a little for another Tali LI playthrough.

Secondarily, in quicker playthroughs I imported ME1/loyal Ashley and a Jack file, Renegade and mixed approaches, respectively.

for my Male Shepard it was Liara from ME1, stayed faithful through ME2 and rekindled relationship in ME3.

My canon maleShep's LI was Kaidan. He didn't romance anyone before, and (especially because of the EC) it was worth it.

My "alternate" canon femShep rekindled her romance with Garrus after sleeping with Liara in ME1.

Edit: Planning on romancing Jack/Tali/Steve on my next playthrough. I can't decide.

Me2: See above
Me3: Force to choose, so I pick Liara. (Liara did seems to get a lot of love from Bioware, compare top the other characters except maybe Garrus)
