I do not feel comfortable picking to re-write the Geth since I am very much die on my feet type.

And so screwing with that is more acceptable than letting the soul do whatever it does after death, untampered with?

Paragon, Renegade, doesn't matter, they're just colours. Either way, I treat the heretic geth the same way I treat the Reapers: with no mercy.

Did you learn anything from Legion?

You can't apply organic morals to synthetic beings.

You don't need to destroy what you can use.

Yes, but he was asking Shepard, an organic being, to choose. An organic being would need to go by organic morals because he could not understand synthetic morals.
Both choices have pros and cons but imo destroying them is more ethical than enslaving them.

Who gives a **** about ethics.

FFS they're machines. They aren't even individually intelligent. It's only when you upload the Reaper code do they gain true sentience. I guess in this regard it would be more paragon to keep the extra platforms around for when you do finally upload the code.

They are machines. It's like overriding a turret to attack your enemies instead of you in a way.

I thought that the whole paragon/renegade thing was a bit sketchy, im not sure how to answer that.
