I think a good dlc either from players or bioware would be a bunch of elaborate random encounters while travelling on the world map so that even when we are done the game we can just walk from city to city and get surprised.

More random encounters is a good idea for patches. For DLC, they should contain some added value, like sidequests and new models/areas.
