Graal is easily A, maybe S tier.  
Phalanx and Hornet might be A tier.  Amazing DPS for weight.  
The Crusader should be B or C tier (too heavy for it's damage, can't breach shield gate).  
The Wraith is definitely not S tier.  A or B.  
Shuriken is D tier.  
Disciple is B tier.

And the Javdlin is a pure boss killer and packs a serious punch.

Ok so far I've been reading all your comments and agree with the following:
Disciple should be B tier
Crusader should be B tier
Wraith should be A tier
Graal should be A tier

Black Widow is S tier... Valiant may be better(arguable) it is still one of the best SRs out there.. Disciple is nowhere near tier A... Grall, Kishock, Jav are far better than that SG...

If you don't agree that the black widow is top tier then I really don't know what to say, same with the falcon. Those weapons are way better than the carnifex at what they do.

Graal, Kishock and Phalanx (I haven't played with Javelin much) should be A-Tier, and maybe Mattock too. I don't have much love for Disciple, but at least is light for secondary weapon in same classes.

Mantis B-Tier at least. Good damage for its weight.

Black Widow is definitely S-Tier; in the top5 (Krysae, GPS and Claymore are in other different tier IMO). I think people have seen a bad infiltrator with BW I (or themselves) and have this odd idea is worse than Valiant... it is not. I don't like playing sniper-infiltrator much, but when I do is with my BW VI, and it just kills everything in sight. Armor? I wouldn't like having a Valiant instead of a BW for that... and in Gold they are Legion

The notion that the javelin, graal and scorpion belong in the same tier as the geth smg is also interesting to say the least. The geth smg is a bottom tier weapon if I ever saw one.

So I've also come to the conclusion that the BW should be S-Tier after all. There are arguments against it vs the Valiant, but both make sense. Also forgot that the Mattock should be in A-Tier. However the Carnifex stays in S-Tier. That gun is amazing and is viable for a buttload of builds and classes

I think the Graal should be A-tier. The Disciple rank is justified, its incredibly light, packs a decent punch (headshots, people!), has good range, minimal kickback and staggers. It just has to be used correctly.

The Mattock is A-tier, I believe. Batarian's rock that thing with ease.

Most of this list is utter crap.
A good few of the lower ranked weapons are amazing in the hands of people who can use them.
The Black Widow and the Javelin should both be in rank S. The Valiant should be rank A/B, because it is terrible compared to the other two main sniper rifles. The rest of the list I couldn't agree more with, but saying that I don't own all of the guns.

The Valiant is awesome. Yes, it does not armor pierce without a mod which is understandable, but that does not justify the hate this gun is receiving. People are forgetting how fast it reloads (it reloads like an Avenger), how much ammo it has, its very fast fire rate and how much damage it does when put in the hands of a decent Infiltrator. Haters gon' hate.

I own quite a few of the guns, and of which I have,(I have seen videos and other people use the guns I do not personally own.), I believe they are fairly ranked on the list, apart from those Sniper Rifles. Most of the list is crap, except the few guns I own which are, as I said, ranked well.

Eagle is actually amazing on a Turian Soldier. There now seems to be a running joke amongst my friends that I 'hack with the eagle' because I can make it work rediculously well.

Three rapid shots, near instant reload, good ammo reserve. It's awesomesauce.

A phantom on gold can be killed with three headshots with the black widow by any class speced for weapon damage and running no equipment, but a valiant can't do this.  It is just a weapon everyone wants to think is better than the BW because you can spam slightly more with it. I don't see any reason why a skilled player would take the valiant over a BW if they want to use a multishot sniper rifle.

This is why I like the tier system. Everyone can agree both BW and Valiant are gold viable, and I think we should agree that they're both worse than Krysae. (For the record, I hate the Krysae and I think it's the spawn of satan, but I digress.) Neither the valiant nor the BW make the game EZ mode in the same way the Krysae does.

A phantom can be killed with one Claymore or well-aimed Wraith shot.  I don't see your point.  One doesn't spam with the Valiant for its fire rate allows it to shoot three shots in rapid succession.

Also, I have a Black Widow V and a Valiant I. I prefer the Valiant, though the BW is a fine rifle.

I'm not arguing the BW over the Claymore, Paladin or the GPS which all do that better. It clearly outperforms the valiant in a scenario that happens all the time. They can both deal with small enemies easily, neither is great at bosses but BW is much better, but with this middle enemy the BW greatly outshines the valiant.  I think the BW is a lot better against geth Pyros too.
